I should have read the last few reviews before going. I use to shop at the one in Goodyear years ago but since moving to Peoria I stopped. I'm currently pregnant and was in need of some new bras but have absolutely no clue what size I am and need help. I walked in and the worker is nose to her phone at the counter. No greeting, anyone could have easily stolen a bunch without her knowing because where her attention was. I walked to the counter and she still didn't notice me so I just stood there for a moment and she finally looks up and asked what I needed in a tone that was like I was imposing on her day. I asked her if they carried maternity bras and she didn't know and had to ask. She comes back and says no. I asked if they carried compression socks and she didn't know just points to the socks and says if they did I can look there and proceeds to get back on her phone. Worst customer service experience ever. Definitely will not be returning.

I came to this store before christmas because i seen they had a few sweatpants. Lady who worked there not once asked me if i needed any help didn't even look me way. I noticed there was an older mexican couple grabbing a few things to purchase and i believe she was indecisive so when she got to the counter she was trying to ask the employee about the items and the store lady was getting frustrated and asked told her very rudely "Are you taking these or not?" eventually they lady got what she needed.... I had trouble finding sweatpants that fit me and when I did they look a bit different. I went to the register and asked the lady if that's how they usually were and she quickly snatched it from me saying i can't sell it to you? i asked her "why?" she said it's because it's defective , it's not supposed to be like that. I was super upset. She was extremely rude. This was my first and last time ever coming here. Never Again. Bad customer service experience i have ever encountered.

I drive from Yuma to Surprise to take my 85 yr old aunt to get new bras. The gal here measures her, and says her bra size and style isn't in stock.
They tell us to come back in Feb. We do , they still aren't in stock. We come back on Feb 5th and pick up her bras. $60 something dollars for 2.
She takes them home. They don't fit.
I return with her yesterday, 7 days after buying them, she can't find the receipt.
The sign in this store says she can exchange them, and that's what she wanted to do, but the staff here told her no. They wanted a receipt
I call corporate, standing in their store, corporate tells me , my elderly aunt needs to email them a copy of her bank statement, address, phone number and they wld have someone look into it and get back to her.
Their policy states even exchanges without a receipt.
If this is how they treat the seniors who drive 40 mins because they love the Haines brand then they don't deserve our buisness. Needless to say, my aunt, on a fixed income is out $60 for 2 bras, that their staff measured incorrectly, while she jumps through their hoops and goes bra less in the meantime.

Beware of the return policy!!! Right after purchase I washed the bras to wear them and almost every single underwire popped out of the 2 bras I purchased. I went to return them and because I removed the tags to wash them they wouldn't take the return. I'd say buy bras from another store that has a different return policy that stands behind the quality of Bali. Or order direct from Bali as they will honor returns for defects with the tags removed.

Went in this evening to buy bras. Amber was super helpful. I'm pretty sure I tried on every style in the store after she did a fitting on me. She helped me every step of the way. Lots of selections I hated, but eventually found the diamond in the rough. The sale wasn't amazing, but I did buy three pairs of matching panties though. Nothing makes you feel better than matching panties with your bras. I even got a red set. I've never had a red set before! Definitely recommend going when Amber is working though!
