REI Hanna, Josh, Zeke and Simon.
I cannot say nicer things about these employees. Simon greeted us and held the door open for us to come out with a treat. And then we met Hanna. She was awesome. And then Zeke and Josh they were amazing. It’s fun, fun to meet great employees, they should go around and do some teaching about how to treat customers because they are good.

Great location and love the grand opening vibe! My 4th grand opening of an REI store. Can't wait to come back this afternoon for the vendor event. The store is a decent size, had hoped it'd be bigger, maybe they'll take over sportsmans warehouse and have a superstore:)

Great store for all of your camping, hiking, and biking needs. They offer even more than that! They have quality products, and everyone who works there is so helpful and nice. We became members and are glad we did. If you're an outdoor enthusiast, go to REI. It's a one-stop shop even for things you didn't know you needed.

Props to Kirk for twice helping to adjust and pack my backpack for a 10 day river trip in the Grand Canyon, including a hike down Bright Angel trail from the South Rim to the Colorado River, over 7 miles. Kirk also gave me the best advice that I did not fully listen to: avoid taking duplicates and unnecessary items---they are unnecessary extra weight.

Stopped into look at shoes for an upcoming hiking trip and had the best experience. Patrick was helping me and three other customers but took the time to explain the types of shoes, the correct size and even the best socks. Super impressed with Prescott's REI.

Our family was so excited to have an REI in Prescott, it is one of our favorite stores that we have been long time members to, but unfortunately I and my family will NEVER shop at this store again!

The female manager who worked Monday evening was the most unprofessional, uneducated on the gear, and literally brought four other employees against our family instead of just providing the customer service I have come to expect from an REI. This was a very simple matter and could have been handled in a completely different fashion. We will continue to do the drive to the Flagstaff REI which has outstanding customer service and is knowledgeable on how to handle lifetime warranties. Prescott REI I hope you educate yourselves, this manager made for an awful experience!

Very nice inside, I like the way everything is set up. Like a upscale/baby bass pro. Bought some Danner shoes, all the staff i encountered were very polite and helpful. Will be returning.
