Amazing dog grooming! The prices are great also. Sydney is the best, and everyone is super nice and very professional. We bring our puppy Saint Bernard there annually and would never go anywhere else. If you have a doggo that sheds like a Saint does, then Critter Clippers is your must go for your doggos! Oh, and they make him smell like a distinguished gentleman!!

Extremely dissatisfied and unhappy with our most recent visit. My wife had taken our puppy in to have him groomed, washed, nails, ears, and glands done and was lied to and completely ripped off. The whole experience, from the time it took to the end result (which was poor at best), was unacceptable. I need either the manager or the owner to contact me or I will be calling the BBB. You have one week to respond and resolve this before I call and report this business! Considering when my wife picked my dog up and had to take him to another groomer right after leaving this business speaks volumes! He looked like just about nothing had been done for him by you people. And when another groomer has to do a full, COMPLETE grooming right after employees here were supposed to is disgusting. And my wife paid you guys way too much to do nothing but put him in a kennel the whole time and then had to pay a second groomer 1 hour after leaving your business is even sicker! But don't worry the other groomers was able to recognize that nothing had been done by this business to groom our dog and they fixed it. I would VERY much appreciate a response I do not appreciate my wife being ripped off and hurt! I don't want anyone else to be ripped !off 🙂 shame on this business for taking advantage of my disabled wife along with however many others have been! This place not only did these things to my wife but also had the manager yell at her a little while back because she wanted our elderly dogs nails cut and he had been sick so right in front of everyone she berated my wife and made her feel like the worst person enough to cause my wife to have to run out and leave because she was about to breakdown! She had to hand over money to this business for doing not a single thing they were supposed to do, along with another 120$ to pay another groomer, different business. I don't know how else to put it but the people who work here are absolutely sickening! Be careful!!+

Horrible experience I’ve been taking my pet there to be groomed. Never had a problem until I picked him up yesterday after they charged me and I paid. I put my dog in the backseat and got home to find this. I was horrified. I called him and asked what happened. They told me they clipped his tongue accidentally. They did tell my husband about the incident when they picked him up, but they had obviously already stopped the bleeding. I called back and asked why I wasn’t notified the incident. They said because he had quit bleeding. Demanded a reimbursement and haven’t heard anything as of yet. I would advise you to think twice before using their services. He was covered in blood

Took my elderly Husky here, and was told I was getting an experienced groomer who'd take care with her. Only Mary who was one assigned knows what happened, but for some unknown reason shaved her down to her skin on her buttocks. Brought to attn of Mngr who seemed confused and concerned after reviewing pictures that I provided but never got back to me after saying she was going to speak with Mary.
Had to see 2 Vets following both of which were without words in regards to what happened. Had to see them due to dramatic fall off in my Huskys physicality. Had to have her euthanized yesterday, which was a couple days over a week from appt. Not definitive as to causation but my girl was going on walks and fine prior.
Think twice before taking your elderly dog here, as actions don't back up the words. Management reinforced the lack of sincerity and care.

I'm a little confused. The one time we walked in everyone was very sweet. Now Everytime we call someone says they are too busy in a stressed and angry voice and then hangs up. I contact them online and they tell me to come in. But when we call we get the same angry person.... No suggestions on when to come in when it's not busy and no options on booking. No information was offered. This is sad.

I give them 1 star because they cancel me at the time I was in for my appointment with my dog. Why ? Because after several times I bring my dog to the groomer now they say my dog byte . But someone else told me they always cancel at the last minute.

This was our first experience at Critter Clippers. We were extremely pleased with the results. Max and Lilly were both nicely groomed how we requested. Friendly staff, dogs were in and out on a timely manner. Definitely will be back.
