Courtney was amazing. This place already felt like home and I haven’t even moved in yet, she explained everything down so good and won me over. I will be applying today and the apartments are so beautiful and comfy.
I will definitely recommend here and the customer service since I first called them is great.

I am actively stay here and they won't let me out of my lease even with my safety at risk. I live in apartment 1901 and I was wanting to break my lease due the multiple problems I've had with the complex. Ever since the tornado in March, there have been a number of problems that have accumulated that i have dealt with and many of them i tried to be patient and let slide because i tried to understand where they were coming from and having to deal with. It has now gotten to the point where I do not feel safe and I do not feel my 4 month old daughter is safe here anymore. there has been a HUGE lack of communication, things getting stolen and me having to look for it only to find it on the property, people roaming the property and breaking into vacant apartments only to having nothing done about it until its the main office getting broken into, leaving me without air for 3 weeks, things breaking and nothing getting done about it, power turned off and nothing being said until i ask, finding out from other residents that they are having to be evicted due to building code issue/asbestos and nothing is said to me about said building code and it being a possible issue. I have had a missing/replaced lock on my storage that I still don't have a key for, for a YEAR now. I am constantly worried that things will get stolen, and there are still people roaming the complex that I have to be wary of since everything has transpired. I do not believe that I should have to pay at all to have my lease broken to find a better and safer place to live with all of these problems at hand. Management has stated that I must finish out my lease or pay 2 times my rent and then move. I have written statement from multiple tenants and previous tenants, with one stating she was evicted due to our building not being up to code and there is active signs of ASBESTOS. do NOT move here. They will take your money and smile while you struggle. I will never rent here again.

update *
Just had confrontation with someone who said they are current staff cuddled up with each other in the office building at 11:30 pm and I've been trying to call about an emergency maintenance issue since around 1:00 pm when emergency maintenance was offered. When I had asked about it to supposed staff in the building , they said there is nothing they can do about it, gave me a look of disgust, and closed the door in my face. She claimed they were working but when I walked up to the door, they were watching tiktoks and football. And then said they were going to give me a Notice of Eviction because I confronted them

Renew on Cantrell came in during a stressful time which was during the tornado we had this year. I will say during that time we started off with very tensed moments, but as time has went on I think we have developed a strong and healthy relationship. Those ladies in the office have went above and beyond to listen and understand my needs and I really appreciate what they have done thus far.

The staff here is amazing. Mikaylah is the best leasing agent I have ever worked with. She was so inviting and knowledgeable. Her warmth made the renting process relaxing and stress free. I would recommend Renew to anybody looking for an apartment and ask for Mikaylah! I can’t wait for the renovations.

They are awful.
This complex suffered terrible damage after the 3/31/23 tornado that ran through town.
They've released everyone from their leases and if your unit has ANY damage, they will not let anyone come in to retrieve their belongings.
They'll allow movers in but somehow not the ACTUAL resident. (It's either that or forfeiting all possessions) What sense does that make? What about the people that are struggling and have NO money to move their belongings

"We love our residents"
HEARTLESS. WHERE is the compassion and care for your residents this company "loves" so much.
Ya'll just love money.
Stay FAR away from this complex!!!
