Chella and her staff are amazing! The property management company has put a lot of effort in making this community a safe space. I love that everyone here has been able to address any and all questions I may have. The grounds are kept clean and beautiful. Both pools function and are open all summer long! The apartments are spacious and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend living here!

The Berkley Apartments is a WONDERFUL property for Affordable Living. The office staff will address the residents needs in a timely manner. I absolutely adore the Assistant Manager, Ms. Yolanda. She is experienced in the industry and can thoroughly answer any and all Leasing inquiries. I would definitely recommend!

As a delivery driver this place sucks. It’s not easy to find the apartment, the building number doesn’t actually help you even figure out which apartment is. I would not recommend leaving your car running and unlocked because you’ll be on a foot chase trying to find the apartment you’re going to. Also every time I’ve came here never gotten a tip. Started asking some of my buddies they’ve never gotten tips here either.

This apartment is great for people looking for affordable living in Little Rock. It’s set in a convenient location and is much cheaper than most anything you’ll find around that area. Management has always been nice and their turnover rate doesn’t seem to be very high, so you will actually get to know most of them. Maintenance usually comes very quickly after you call for them. The only complaint I have, and why I can’t give 5 stars is that trash seems to get thrown on the ground a lot and not picked up for a long time. They’ve been doing better about the doggy waste baskets though so that’s a plus. I’m grateful for my time there and so sad to go! Thanks for giving me a great first apartment experience!

I came here for a tour of the apartments. The office staff were friendly and welcoming. The property was very neat and clean. The floors plan were spacious. I will be returning in October when I plan to move.
