Traveled to Arkansas from Knoxville Tennessee to pick up our new camper, only because Nice Campers was able to get us a 2024 cheaper than the 2023 we started to buy in Knoxville. I dealt with Cory, who made it happen when Knoxville didn’t know when they could get a 2024. Cory was an exceptional young man, eager to help and get answers to all of our questions. He was very polite and a pleasure to meet and work with on our new purchase!! Very nice staff all around! God is so good!!!

Everyone that we met at this dealership was awesome. From the mechanic to the owner and everyone in between. Very helpful, and knowledgeable. A enjoyable experience. Would definitely deal with this dealership again. And recommend to everyone to go see these guys, they're great people. We will be back!

Very disappointed and outraged in the service we received at “Nice Campers”. First off, we scheduled a time to come look at a toy hauler. Once arrived, the salesman took us to the toy haulers on a golf cart and said, “I’ve got to take care of something real quick so I’ll let y’all look at it and be right back.” Now mind you it’s 95 degrees outside and much hotter in the campers. We waited and waited for about 30 minutes and finally had to walk all the way back up front to speak with him. Also, the salesman is who suggested we meet at 3:30 to look at the toy haulers. Once we made it back to the office to ask questions about the voltage, we were rushed out of there. We came back the following week and purchased a Dutchmen Voltage and was guaranteed that it passed all inspection. We got it home to find out the generator is completely trashed, the A/C in the toy hauler area is broken, and when I went to deep clean the camper, the fridge was disgusting and the toilet had “bodily waste” in it. We purchased the extended warranty to where if anything goes wrong, there would be a mechanic to come out and work on it ANYWHERE, ANYTIME. We called and were told that the mechanic went to look at the generator while we were at work and ordered parts for it. It’s been 2 months and we still haven’t heard anything from anyone. We have tried to contact the company to get it repaired and no one will answer. We were so very excited about taking the toy hauler out this summer but haven’t been able to. Now having to seek advice from professionals on what we should do. Why are we paying for $37,000 toy hauler when it’s not even functional?

The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They worked quickly to accommodate my schedule and was a pleasure doing business . I can not over emphasize the years of knowledge the staff has with RV’s and their eagerness to treat the customer with respect and dignity! Highly recommended Nice RV. Called to make an offer on a camper and was treated rudely by the finance guy on the phone.
( the front desk lady was very nice though)
I asked him what his bottom dollar would be on the camper and he said he wouldn't even take a dollar off.
I said it had been listed on RVTrader for around 70 days So I thought they would be willing to come down.. He assured me that I was wrong about that and pretty hateful about .
Hopefully he was just having a bad day and that’s not everybody else’s experience.

We came from out of state multiple times to look at a specific unit. Corey was awesome to work with and since our situation was sort of unique he was so patient with us and was very helpful throughout the entire process. We have been very happy with the buying process and very thankful for Corey.

Buyer beware. Do your own inspections. They sold a camper with 12-year old tires and insisted they were "within legal/5-year limits". After a tire blew with a near rollover on the freeway 80 miles out, the tire date code showed that the Sales team (and General Manager) was guessing (or lying) about the tires during the sale. Quick to blame the customer for buying an "old camper", they negated the sale only after a lot of push back and finally seeing tire date code - eating their words. Negating the sale is insufficient given their attitude and overall lack of accountability. They claim they refunded "in full" but did not come close to covering my costs. I had to replace the two bad tires; they did not refund my fuel costs as they originally promised (or for the duct tape I bought and used to duct tape the exterior walls back on the trailer as they instructed me to do (what? duct tape the trailer? class act); get this, they even had ME pay for the PayPal fees when they PARTIALLY refunded the cost for the tires - classy. They will always point to the customer for buying an old camper. Shameful. It's all about making the sale; be safe out there. Avoid them altogether.
