I had previously given them 5 stars! These guys WERE great ! Very helpful and friendly! Until recently! If I could give negative stars I would do exactly that! I am a loyal customer that comes in weekly !! We have spent lots of money here!!! And I have been treated badly for the last time!!!!!!!! The guy that calls himself a manager, is not any manager I would want running my store-!!! He was extremely rude and hateful to me over my partner pulling me up closer to the door ! I have a medical reason jerk !! Not that you ask or even gave me an opportunity to explain ! She literally stayed in the vehicle ! I am in and out of the store in 30 seconds most of the time ! Let me also add 9 times out of 10 there are ZERO parking spots ! There are 50 different appropriate and nice ways you COULD have chosen to say that to me today !! That is part of your job isn't it? To be respectful and nice to your customers! Without customers you don't have a job correct
I am a nice person and didn't deserve to be treated that way ! I will not be back again ! I will go to Vapor world, where they actually treat their customers with respect and kindness!!! I will not just be silent as you treat people like that ! I will be contacting the owner as well !

By far the best place in town! Not only is the staff amazing but VICTORIA always remembers what I like and what I don't like so when I have to send my husband in she automatically knows what I want. She along with all other staff always have a smile on their faces.
As long as you abide by the rules all of them will help you!! I've had a few issues with other stores but never any issues with vapecity!

Best shop around! All positive vibes! Staff is super helpful! The Cleanest shop I have ever been in, beautiful floors, Clean glass cases, Always smells like a mixture of Candy & Fruit! You can tell its much more then just a job for the employees at Vape City, Its more of a lifestyle! They answered every single one of my questions without any hesitation! They are so happy to greet me every time I come in the door. This is my go to place for Vape Gear!! They rock hard! LIKE ROCKS!! 😂😂😀👌👍👍

This place was fantastic didn't even know what I wanted but the employees did when I went in and got exactly what I didn't know I came for in no time at all. Staff was knowledgeable, attentive, with exceptional customer service. Recommended to everybody should be your number one stop to shop for anything Vape related.

Worst experience of my entire life. Get rid of Victoria before she runs all your customers off. She is beyond stupid and lost my business and several others for refusing to sell me a mod. I am 42 years old, had my Id, had money to spend. My daughter was with me, she was in there two days ago with no problem. My daughter will be 19 this July, I will be 43. This idiot you have running your store refused to sell me a mod to replace the one my daughter messed up because she knew I planned on giving to my 18 year old daughter who's I.d was in her car in Dardanelle. She literally told me she wouldn't sell me one because I was honest with my intent. I have no reason to lie I'm not breaking the law. Once she makes the sale all liability becomes mine, what I do with anything I buy is none of her business. I am disgusted by this horrible customer service and will enjoy watching her run off your customers. I took my business to Vape World instead and they know how to treat customers. Get someone who understands customer service and is able to comprehend the law. She treats people like trash and the holes in her ears are as ugly as her behavior. I am all for respecting the age requirements but when you take is as far as she did tonight it's a problem. You have a huge problem in Russellville, AR.

I went in here to buy juice for my brother (he’s new to the whole vaping thing and I was going to get him set up) and the wench of a lady wouldn’t sell to me because my brother was with me who didn’t have an ID. Mind you, he’s 24. I told her I was purchasing the juice and accessories. She said given the fact that she new I was going to give the juice to him she wouldn’t sell to me. I had my ID on me too so I’m not sure what the problem was. I guess she thinks I’m unaware of the law that prohibits the purchase of tobacco products for minors? First of all, I’m not that stupid and he’s not a minor. My husband purchases about 60$ worth of juice and and coils from here every month. Guess what? Not anymore. We will happily take our business elsewhere.
