Office staff is rude not helpful and the loader was ruff with may cars causing more damage. When I asked him not to go so fast that the cars bounce on the forks he yelled and cussed at me.

Well I say. Today was my first time going to this location and everyone I encountered was really nice. I went to the Columbus, OH branch a couple of week ago and those guys were very rude but the Fayetteville branch had very friendly and helpful staff

My truck was towed there after a accident and while it was there my power steering pump was taken along with other stuff that was in my truck. But now they deny my claim because theres pictures from the tow company. The tow company doesn’t take pictures of under the vehicle (showing the power steering pump) or in my truck. So they denied it without evidence

I HAVE TO SAY, THIS BRANCH HAS BEEN SO HELPFUL EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. WE WON A TRUCK AND SENT ONE OF OUR DRIVERS TO GO GET IT ALL THE WAY FROM MINNESOTA AND UNFORTUNATLY I HADNT FILLED OUT THE ONLINE FORM GIVING OUR PERMISSION TO LET THE DRIVER PICK UP THE VEHICLE AND GIVE HIM THE TITLE (IVE DEALT WITH OTHER LARGER AUCTION HOUSES AND THEY REFUSE TO GO OUT OF THEIR WAY HELPING BECAUSE I MADE A MISTAKE) I SPOKE WITH KELLY, WHO IMMEDIATLY TOLD ME WHAT I NEEDED TO DO AND CALL HER BACK ONCE I COMPLETED IT TO MAKE SURE SHE GOT IT. EVERY PERSON FROM THE LADY ANSWERING THE PHONE TO KELLLY, WAS SUPER KIND AS I WAS THE ONE WHO MADE THE MISTAKE AND INITIALLY WAS WORRIED 0UR DRIVER WAS GOING TO COME BACK TO MINNESOTA EMPTY HANDED WHICH WASNT THE CASE. KELLY GAVE ME STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS WHAT I NEEDED TO DO THEN CALLED HER BACK, SHE WAS AWESOME!! SHE SAID ITS ALL TAKEN CARE OF. HONESTLY, NO ONE GOES OVER AND BEYOND ANYMORE ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS MY ERROR NOT TELLING THEM WHO WAS PICKING IT UP, BUT THAT DIDNT MATTER ONE BIT TO HER, SHE COULDNT HAVE BEEN FRIENDLIER AND MORE HELPFUL, I FEEL TERRIBLE I CANT REMEMBER THE OTHER WOMANS NAME THAT HELPED ME FROM THEIR YESTERDAY, BUT WHAT AN AWESOME BRANCH FULL OF GREAT EMPLOYEES! HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

1 Star because there were a couple of helpful people there but my driver picked a trailer up here that had 2 flat tires, landing gear wouldn't roll up and the gravel lot was so bad that he couldn't get enough traction to get under it. Had to call a tow truck out to get it on asphalt and after everything, the owner of the property threatened to call the police if he didn't get off the property. These people were so unprofessional and so unhelpful it was unreal.
