McKenzie Park Apartments

These apartments are greedy and basically scammed us during there so call move in special. They lied about our rental history and collections. Although, we confirmed with our older landlords and the credit bureau. They assured us we have excellent rental history and nothing in collections. However, we understand that their so called move in specials mean more applicants, more denials based upon false information equals more money to pocket. Haley has done a great job fibbing and Jennifer did a great job assuring you assurance. Also, they’ll recommend liberty rent to help get you approved after being denied. Even bigger scammers.

i just renewed my lease with McKenzie Park, and I’m happy to say that I feel at home. From the management to the amenities, I’m just so in love. i also know I can come to the office if i need something taken care of and know it will get done. the office assistant terrian, is always happy to help when i come in and very outgoing. i would definitely always recommend this property.

Moved out on 9/6/2024 and the lat day of my lease was 9/14/2024. The leasing office charged $99 and saying the move out date was 9/16/2024. The resident portal was not accessible and all communication was lost. Trying to contact the leasing office for months now and still haven’t solve the issue. Worst experience ever, and wasted lots of time trying to get someone help to solve the issue.

Still a current resident and all I can say is I’m In LOVE with these apts. we have great privacy/ security with the locked gates at front and having to scan in/out through the community. The staff is friendly and always there to help when I need them. They new management team is amazing.(My favorite is always and forever TERRI in the front office. He is the best and always handle my needs professionally and in a timely manager) plus they even have special days for the residents like a 90s party we just had and cocktail Tuesday’s! Very luxury and always willing to work with me when I need it. Thank you McKenzie park management ! And Cheers to another year at this great place!

Was super nervous to apply so I booked a tour of the place and got to meet the new management. Loooooove them!! The atmosphere is so homey! I absolutely love Terrian, the APM! His energy is so contagious, and he actually made me want to end my search and move forward with my application! The apartments are sooo nice and spacious, definitely worth the price! <3

This place sounds like where I live and not in a good way…Except I pay half the rent. I can pay more but I refuse to settle for a place like this that charges twice as much. Why are these apartments are so high Clearly they have issues. All you have to do is read the reviews. These GREEDY landlords/management companies are out of control. Unfortunately as tenants we have few rights in Arkansas. These companies know this and take total advantage of the working people of this state.

I have been living at Mckenzie Park for 3 years and I have had the best experience. Every work order I have submitted have been completed in a timely manner. If I have any issues, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Terrian (Property Manager) and he has been very professional at all times. He makes me feel like he cares about my needs and wants. At events, he is there with a smile on his face conversing with the residents to get to know them and to see how the management team can make the living here even better. I love that they are open to suggestions on that. I love my apartments and not looking to go any where no time soon. I will definitely be signing another year lease

I hate this place… Loud, dirty property, parking sucks and they tow claiming to have given a warning but they don’t. They built a ton of “covered” parking spaces that you have to pay extra for because they are greedy and then do that when you are just trying to park in front of your building. It’s nice that they are gated, but there have been too many times where those don’t even work, so people come in when they want. Management has changed a few times and current management are nice people BUT they don’t answer the phone in the office unless you call at least 3 times, annoying. There was a crime scene across the street a little while back. Someone got shot in building 6 earlier this year. Police have been over here several times. There was a random person who got in the apartments and broke someone’s windshield, drama. People have parties almost every weekend at the clubhouse… These reviews are lies. Can’t wait to move. Wouldn't recommend.
