I’m usually skeptical of motels and refuse to stay but this one was perfect! Check in details were texted to me and when I opened the door to my room I was greeted to a clean environment and complimentary sweets and snacks (kit kats, cookies, water, and chips)! The room was recently renovated and very clean. I would certainly stay here again.

We ended up here because it was available and reasonably priced compared to other properties in the area. Having read “basic” in some of the reviews, we didn’t expect much. Front desk staff was friendly. Room was immaculately clean. There were many things that suggested a thoughtful person was involved in deciding on amenities: small fridge, microwave, snacks (chips and candy), coffee maker, plenty of boxes of tissues, nice lotion and soap, etc. Decor was also surprising. (Photos will show). There were only a few minor negatives: couldn’t figure out the TV and there were no instructions; no creamer for the coffee; pretty shelf over the bathroom sink was at an odd height so head/face bumps were risked, but no damage to either us or the shelf!||The AC worked, though it was a bit noisy. However, the room stayed cool after we got it to comfortable temperature and turned it off.

Friendly and helpful - though there was virtually zero human contact. I booked the room via Hotels.com and all of it was done online.

I needed an ironing board, which was delivered when I was out at dinner, for example.

I liked being able to park right outside my room door, and the room was clean, comfortable, and charmingly decorated.

Rooms were clean but super strange. I guess they just did some updates but it’s such a strange design I’m not sure what they kept or changed. It was kind of nice and kind of odd all at the same time.
The room smelled like bleach which is good because clean but I’m very sensitive to smells and I wish I wasn’t inhaling chemicals all night.
The beds were fine. My husband and I stayed in a double room because it was less expensive than the king rooms. We slept in different beds. Which was fine and honestly better since the AC didn’t work very well we stayed a bit cooler sleeping apart.
The AC was very loud and this is right off the main road so it was pretty loud.
The young woman at the front desk was very nice. Props to her.
The value was okay - compared to other places this was relatively affordable during busy season. They did have some complementary snacks which was a nice touch.

Pros: microwave, fridge, small snacks such as potatoes chips and candy. Two bottles of Spring water given and coffee. Close to Acadia National Park and plenty of stores and some affordable restaurants nearby. The owner texts you to make sure everything is ok but you never see him/her. Plenty of parking spots.||||Cons: very hard mattresses, very uncomfortable to sleep. Noisy room you can hear the neighbors conversations and TV. It’s next to the highway so you hear cars going by. The shower has poor water pressure, though the water is hot. The bathroom door has to be pushed super hard to close and the bathroom has no exterior windows. There’s an interior window with frost glass which is not very helpful for privacy. The sink is terrible and there’s no counter. My room wasn’t very clean. Just superficially clean. There was a corner that you can tell they never bothered cleaning. Breakfast is not served. You have to go somewhere else to get breakfast.

I can't say anything about the main part of the motel because they put us in the "house at the end." Unless you want to live like you're in a dorm, make sure you ask them at the reception desk NOT to put you there. (My husband didn't mind it. It was dark and it had issues as noted below, so I absolutely did not like it). We had no choice |since we booked at the last minute, but I wouldn't stay in that house at the end again. The room was so tiny even though it was tastefully decorated. You could tell someone had lived there, and there was a really nice kitchen, but the problem was that it is a communal kitchen. Because you don't know the other people who are staying there (in approximately 5 or 6 rooms down the hall), NOBODY leaves things in the refrigerator, so the kitchen is basically useless unless you want to make coffee in the morning or if you have ingredients to make something. But it felt odd staying there, and I wouldn't want to stay in that house again. From the photos that others took, and from the Italian language review and other reviews that I read, I don't know that I'd want to stay in the main part either. I realize some of these reviews are old, and maybe the place has been updated. I just can't say whether I'd stay there again or not.

Place was ok if you just need a place to sleep. Lots of places nearby to get breakfast. Have to say bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Shower was nice and hot. Coffee maker in room. Small refrigerator. Door to room needed to be pushed hard to close and lock. Stayed 4 nights and TV only worked 2 nights.

Très bonne expérience pour une nuit c'est absolument convenable. Un peu vieux et la douche n'avais pas vraiment d'eau chaude ahah. De plus j'ai du appeler avec leur téléphone pour avoir un service de Checkin cest assez commic ca m'a pas vraiment deranger. C'est un bon petit motel pour séjourner au acadian park dans le jour je pense que le rapport qualité prix est bon 😊
