A check in was phenomenal. The process was so easy and so fast everything was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. The room was so spacious. The couch was even comfortable and the shower. Oh wow the shower was phenomenal. I stayed on the second floor, and it was so peaceful, I love the blinds that opens up to the sunlight. Breakfast was also so delightful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming through MEMPHIS or in the Olivebranch or Southhaven area trust me it will not disappoint. You can’t wait to the summertime so I can get in the pool. Thank you for the stay .

No staff at the desk when I walked in, and it felt as if I was an inconvenience. Rooms are nice. My room had a few stains.

Biggest complaint is breakfast. It failed to meet everything a Holiday Inn breakfast is supposed to be. Every single slice of bread, bagel, and English muffin was hard as a brick. Completely inedible. The oatmeal was cold. The eggs were cold. This was about 630am which is 30 minutes after it's supposed to be prepared. Clearly the bread has been out for a long time even with them plastic wrapped individually. Why the eggs and oatmeal that were just prepared were cold is unknown to me. No breakfast staff either, so no surprise.

Only positive is the location to the highway, restaurants, and shops.

Changing my review to 1 star after seeing the response from the hotel. Your breakfast breads and bagels for 3 days were inedible. Your front desk had someone there to check people in only once that I saw when there was a line. I've stayed at hotels around the world in nearly 50 countries and never seen such laziness. Almost no hotels have key drop boxes for checkout. One day I heard the lady say she had to step back to sneeze. That's fair if I hadn't been waiting for 4 and a half minutes.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for two nights, and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, and I appreciated how well-maintained everything was. The breakfast was also a highlight—delicious and a great way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again!

Nice clean hotel, although built cheaply so unfortunately you WILL hear the people in the room next to you if they make noise. You can hear their TV and ‘other noises they make’ through the thin wall. That’s less than ideal when you really need to sleep.

That said, the room was spacious and comfy with a nice bathroom. One of the two elevators was broken for the entire week I was there which was inconvenient.

Breakfast is very average, but it is complimentary. The front desk staff are friendly and pleasant. I will stay here again. I just pray that I get quieter next door neighbors!

Our experience w/IHG hotels have been very good! Since 11-2024, we have used Holiday Inn Express for 20+ nights from Omaha to KC to Memphis. We have found these hotels to be warm & friendly places to stay. Only three points that need some attention: 1) sink stopper in bathroom would not function w/o forcing into closed position & prying it open for it to drain, 2) As “senior citizens” , we would like to have anti-slip strips/surfacing on the floor of the tub/shower, 3) Handicap/grab bars on the shower/tub would also be helpful. Did l mention that all employees that we encountered while staying at this HIE were all friendly & courteous!
