Staff was really kind, I tried to order a cart that has been super hard to find at other dispensaries and mistakenly bought the extract instead of the cart for that strain. I didn’t even make it to my car before I noticed. The manager said there was nothing they could do even though it cost the same as the cart version. Completely my error but I have been to multiple dispensaries that are more accommodating with exchanges. I understand why rules like that are in place, but given my situation I feel that better customer service would make me a returning customer.

It was a great first experience. I ordered online and to my surprise they had an express pick up window which made an awkward experience much more pleasant. I have never bought from a dispensary but when Kayla came to the window she immediately made me feel welcome. She saw me standing around looking awkward and motioned for me to come on up to the window and it made me feel really comfortable. She apologized to me for my wait, just really down to earth and not what I was expecting. It was a pleasant experience and thanks Kayla

Man, I love this place! EVERYONE working there is incredibly nice and helpful. Went there today on Xmas eve (to get the B2G2!) and the gentleman helping me was fantastic. Great attitude while working on Xmas eve! Can't say enough good things about Zen Leaf!

Definitely love this place 🩷I spend so much money and time here 🩷but what I don’t like is the night manager I encountered on 1/30/25 at 8:58pm right before closing …. There’s been a few times I placed my order and walked out the door before reaching my car turning around and going back inside because I recognized my order was incomplete and incorrect and my order was immediately corrected …. Tonight I ordered a indica and was given a hybrid I wanted to exchange and the manager refused and said all sales are final I’ve never encounter this before … which is understandable but hold the same standards everytime … and again it’s not what you say but how you say it to someone , me personally I didn’t appreciate the tone of voice … I do wish I had a better experience…
