This Company is absolutely amazing. Had an electrical problem over the weekend. Called Drew late at night.He was able to get to us right away. You can tell he cares about his customers. I called and scheduled an appointment for Drew to come out and he did. Very polite and seemed excited to get the business and the job. He said that he would get me quotes by Friday (2 days later). That was a couple of weeks ago and still nothing. I ever reached out to inquire and got crickets. They obviously don’t need the business-so I would not recommend them. Another company reached out and I will be going with them.

Drew and Isaac did an amazing job, and finished the work in a timely manner despite having to go get a replacement breaker because the first one was bad. Based on a recommendation from a friend, I contacted Drew for some work to be done at my home. I left a message and received a call back within a day. Drew was pleasant and professional and we scheduled a time for him to come and provide me with an estimate. He didn’t show at my first appointment but did reach out later to tell me that another job took longer and rescheduled with me. He was late for the second appointment but I have worked in service before, so I am generally understanding. He took his time and provided options for me and once all of that was decided, he told me he would get back to me within 24 hours. I told him it was no rush.

It has now been five weeks and many attempts to contact him for the estimate. The messages I send are read but there is never a response. It’s unfortunate because he seemed like he would be great to work with. We have since moved on to have the services completed by someone else, but I believe it is important to communicate issues with the service.

UPDATE: After this review, Drew reached out apologetically for not getting back to me sooner. He scheduled a time with me and completed the work. I was happy with the price and service. He was respectful and communicative and did a good job.

I highly recommend Drew for any of your residential electric needs. He has helped so many of our customers at my work with hooking up their new hot tubs and other equipment. He is beyond friendly and fair. Most importantly he takes pride in his work and customer service!
