Very helpful and friendly staff! I popped in there once before a football game and asked for my ring to be cleaned and explained some issues I was having with my warranty. The ladies there identified the problem, chatted with the corporate customer service and resolved the issue which had apparently gone unnoticed by my local Zales for SEVEN YEARS. At this point, I had pretty much written Zales off and was considering just forgoing the money spent on a warranty and buying new jewelry elsewhere. Definitely recommend this specific location!

Friendly staff..easy to buy quality jewelry at our store in Russellville..The wife has her wedding rings cleaned twice a year to keep the lifetime warranty up to date. Will always buy her jewelry at Zales.

Sonya (might be spelled incorrectly), the store manager, is absolutely wonderful. Long story short my fiance and I waited until the last minute to order his ring and there was a chance it wasn't going be there in time. She did literally everything she could to help as well as call me every day with an update on shipping. I would still be leaving this review had the ring not been to the store in time for our wedding because Sonya was just so great and had done everything she could. We considered buying elsewhere just to make sure we had a ring for the ceremony but I am SO glad we didn't - you just can't pass up such great and genuine customer service! My ring is also from Zales and we will most definitely be back. Thank you!

Had a bad experience here, took my engagement ring here to be dipped because was getting a new wedding band and wanted my white gold to match the band, well... they dipped it and whatever they use it caused me to have a reaction to my ring, I went in one day and told them about it and they just said what they use it approved by whatever.. anyways I have took my business elsewhere and would not recommend this location. Cant wear my 6000 dollar ring, Im heart broken.

Really disappointed in the craftsmanship of the rings. Staff super friendly but unfortunately misleading as they didn’t even check if the ring had gemstones missing or the quality of the gemstones. Had to return the ring due to one of the gemstones missing and wasted 3 hours at the store. Never go here if you’re serious about buying you S/O a ring or accessory.

I had a great experience at zales. I bought my fiance and I our wedding rings and we were well taken care of with excellent customer service and no pressure whatsoever on what we should buy. Only helpful advice and much patience with my fiance when trying on many different rings. She is currently waiting on her 3 rings to come back and is very excited to get them. Thank you zales for a wonderful experience for us both. Looking forward to doing business with you again in the future!

I had trouble ordering my daughter a necklace & Bracelet online kept kicking me off when I was going to order it 4 or 5 times and got frustrated with it and so I called Zales & explained it to this wonderful salesperson named Yvette Rodriguez and she was phenomenal she went above and beyond with helping me with my order and getting it placed I have searched for the perfect surprise present 🎁 for my daughter! Check out Zales if you need anything for that special someone or family member and ask for Yvette Rodriguez she's outstanding!!
