Segunda vez en este hotel y estoy muy satisfecho con la atención, todo el equipo es muy servicial y atento a las necesidades del huesped. La habitación lucía limpia, de todos modos por temas de pandemia yo siempre tengo conmigo toallas y sanitizante.
Pedí room service para desayunar, llegó a la hora solicitada y el menú fué bueno. La cena de "fish and chips" fué buena también.

Por que las 4 estrellas: primero, la cama y almohadas no son tan comodas y el ruido de la cascada es demasiado, sería bueno que pudieran apagarla por las noches.

Definitivamente regresaría y lo recomendaría.

This hotel is great to stay. I’ve been in and out of this hotel but the lady told me I had leave around 8 p.m. due to my extend stay wasn’t paid for. I ensured her I paid over third party which is booking.com I made another stay and asked to stay in the same room I’ve been in. She kept going back and fourth with me about my payment even when I told her I had the confirmation number. So I was packing up and leaving at 10 p.m. The ladies that I usually see never said anything about my paying additional for stay there. So be careful if you book third party

Just say no. Came here for a volleyball tournament and although the location was perfect the mold growing in our room was not worth it. Walked in the room and there was a strong musty smell. Behind the curtains the walls and carpet were covered in mold. I still have a headache and we left hours ago. The toilet constantly ran and the air filter was covered in about 6 inches of dust. One elevator worked and was very slow. I definitely will not stay here again nor a Wyndham property. It was a reminder of why I like Marriott.

I had never been to this Wyndham and was skeptical going into a older building, but when we walked in, it was a nice surprise. Very clean, staff super friendly and helpful. Alana checked us in as she was so friendly, sweet, helpful. When we opened to door to our room we could hear the water fall in the lobby and the sound was so relaxing. Parking garage is well lit. We will definitely stay here again whenever in town.
The only down fall, is the text service they never got back to me with requested information.

Mildew smell in the room and mold. We put a suitcase on the floor and it was soaking wet from all the moisture. We were here 2 weekends in a row and one elevator was broken both weekends. First weekend we were there we went to the restaurant and waited 2 hours to get our food! I would not recommend. I would definitely choose the Marriott across the way.
