The operators of the trucks keeps putting my trash cans in front of my driveway blocking access. My daughter has 2 babies and has to get out of the car and move them when she comes home. Also when it’s raining it is not pleasant to have to get out of the car to get in my driveway. This has been happening for some time now but just found time today to voice my frustration.

We have had Waste Management provide our trash pickup for 18 years now. They are consistently reliable. The trucks are well maintained. The drivers are courteous and respectful of our home and neighborhood.

My experience with Waste Management has been superb. I have not had an issue in the past 30 years that I have been living at my current residence. I can use their website to make payments and schedule bulk pickups. Their customer service representatives are also professional and courteous.

My experience with WM has not been a positive one. Broken container lid that took 4 tries to get it replaced, bins tossed around and in several occasions the trash, compost and recycle bins were not picked up. My bill is paid on time but I am still not receiving a consistent service. I have placed multiple calls to report these incidents, but there is no consistency in a resolution. My questions is why do I have to keep calling to get the service that I am paying for?

We had alot of wood items to dismantle, your truck's have taken all of the wood pieces each time even if piled high. We still have more to go, maybe 3 to 5 piles.
