I had new windows installed a few years ago, after the first winter I call and talked with the office per so in I think her name is Joanne? I told her my windows needed resealed that my house was so cold and my heating bill went from a 100.00 to over 300.00 . She sent a guy out and he said the windows were fine, she believed him. The seal on the windows are now coming loose and I have gaps and water damage. I called and left a message and have not been called back yet. I will continue to try and reach the owner Jeff to see if he will have done one home and properly seal my windows and deal with the damage the water is causing.
Very unhappy with this company and the customer service.

Love the service, Jeff provided, provided you can get past the gatekeeper, Joanne.
Had my windows, and after this first season this happened. I called and I cannot get past Joanne, who says that this is normal homeowners upkeep
I had another issue, again Joanne said was normal,, that Jeff was able to return my call, he came out & confirmed It was indeed NOT normal and fixed it immediately!
I don't know if Joanne is his mother or his wife, but it's quite difficult to get past her. Once you do, Jeff is most attentive. Really great service.!
It would be five stars if Joanne would not keep saying this is normal! & allow us to get thru to Jeff
( caulking of exterior. The original windows were 1959 and never had a crack in caulk)

DO NOT use this company!!!!! It took 8 months for install, then Jeff refused to stand behind his word and product. A large slider was measured incorrectly, 2x4s were used to attach it to the outside of the house (block construction) as a temporary fix (1-2 weeks). We were very accommodating as we know things happen. It is now a year later. This has cost us time and money and prevented indoor flooring projects and ruined outdoor paving around this slider. In addition, one of the windows cracked due to incorrect setting of the glass. Supposed to be immediate replacement, regardless of cause. Again, it's a year later. Our largest slider was never built/installed because Jeff would not tell us he couldn't do it. He strung us along for over a year so he could "figure it out". Turns out, per other business sources, his vinyl products are not capable/strong enough to build to that size. We've tried resolving this for a year now, and Jeff has simply ghosted us. Reporting to corporate did nothing. They apparently don't stand behind their independent contractors. Several other companies we've had in to fix the problem were appalled at the unprofessionalism of Jeff Sudol. Save yourself the headache and avoid this guy at all costs.

Window World in Cottonwood did a beautiful job of making and installing my windows. The quality is great, and the price reasonable. Everyone involved was professional and the installers were skilled and did a beautiful work. I am so happy with my new windows! I would use Window World every time.

Wow what a great experience, from Patrick, the real guy on TV to Brandon, David and Diego it couldn't have been better. Here on time fast professional work and no mess left behind. We would recommend them to anyone wanting a great job at a great price done by great people we couldn't be more satisfied, almost wish we had more windows!

Jeff is very good at ignoring customers with problems. Don't waste your money on Widow Worst of Northern Arizona. It's a scam with very poor quality windows and then the owner ditches you. I bought 11 of their top of the line 6000 series. The initial impression of the 11 windows when they arrived was they were dirty and the packaging was roughed up. The installer said, I don't clean windows and installed all the windows. I spent a few weeks trying to clean my new windows and called WW for advice to clean and was told to buy special glass cleaners. When I got the windows clean there were twelve glass units with dirt, finger prints, and scratches on the inside of the glass and when in the sun some windows were foggy inside. WW sent the installer back with 12 new glass units and replaced the bad ones. These new units were also very dirty so I again cleaned for a week and found almost all the units (9) had the same kind of problems: dirt, finger prints and scratches inside and out. I reported to WW and they had to come to buy house with MI windows and doors(MI) to inspect my problems. At this point WW and Jeff left everything to MI and I had to deal with about 11 visits from MI to replace various glass units. Finally MI shows up with a Quality Manager who looks at my windows has the tech install two new units and then they say were done no more windows for you.

Jeff and his crew were amazing! We are so happy with our new windows. The installation went so smooth and the outcome was even better than expected. The guys who installed them are real craftsmen and take real pride in their work. I would recommend them to anyone with confidence the job would get done right! Thanks Window World ,Jeff and crew!

We had Jeff come out in October, and gave a $1660 deposit on windows to be installed in 13 weeks. We have now waited 13 weeks and have been ignored via phone for two weeks trying to get an update. I finally was able to get ahold of Jeff via email and his response was "sorry we are having trouble getting your windows". I asked for a phone call, but he will not call us. After 13 weeks, now we have to start from square one with someone else. Jeff did refund our deposit, but it took two weeks of trying to contact him to get this done. So frustrating. Good luck with this.
