El servicio al cliente es fatal, llevo 5 días esperando que me respondan un correo electrónico que les envié con relación al pagó automático que sacaron de mi cuenta de banco de una cantidad que no fue autorizado por mi, todavía no me responden.
Envié otro correo electrónico para cancelar el plan y me imagino que en 5, 6, o 7 días con suerte me respondan.

Finally pulled the trigger on Watch Gang after over a year of questioning it. I did the wheel none of the watches I selected for the wheel arrived it was a mystery automatic watch that does not even fit my wrist with the primary color orange. Thought they would have at least swapped it out to a watch that could fit but they did not. Lesson learned will not purchase again.

I've spun the wheel (15+ times), joined the club, neither are worth the price. This company appeals to gamblers, and the house always wins. They inflate value. They overcharge for Tier 1 wheel spin watches and give you the hopes of getting something better. I've made 15 spins in the last 6 months and always a tier 1 watch. Go ahead and respond with the stats and supporting evidence of tier 1 watches vs. upper tier winners if you disagree WatchGang. Don't just scoff at your upset reviewers for being mad at "not winning".

I'm not mad. I have the money to experiment on your behalf reader. No worries! Do what every reviewer says and just Google the watch you want to buy. I've always found the watch cheaper somewhere else. ALWAYS.

This company should be investigated for running an illegal gambling racket. It certainly fits the definition. I'm gonna have my attorney look into it for fun.

If a 0 star review were possible it would be that. I love being able to have a nice watch so when I saw a company that did watch spins that supposedly weren't total rip offs I was ecstatic. But when I bought a watch recently and realized it didn't fit properly I went to sell it and I ended up $500 in the hole. I would never buy another watch from this company ever again they lied about the actual value of the watch. I hope this company tanks

This company is a joke. At first I really enjoyed getting a watch every month. I'm not expecting anything fancy. I'm expecting a 160$ watch. And honestly, that is what you get. But if you get a watch that doesn't work!!!!!! Let the games begin. Rather than owning up to a watch that doesn't work. They send you a video on how to wind a watch. Very helpful when the watch is broken. Then when you reply that the watch is still broken. They want you to make a video showing all the steps on how to wind a watch. Rather than wasting my time making a video I'd rather throw the 160$ watch in the trash. Watch Gang you can save your time and keep your "I'm so sorry" reply for someone else. Look for a watch you like on their wheel and buy it directly from the maker.

I am new to watches and wanted to get into collecting them and just adding them to my outfits, I looked at a few sites and browsed Amazon and found WatchGang. I got my first watch and I'm very impressed, the quality is good and the value is hard to believe. Overall the watch fits my style and I'm super excited for next month's watch. Also, with Father's Day coming up it may also make a great gift for my dad so we'll see.
Review Update
I got my second watch and it is the Dominator Del Mare PATRIOTA. I am really happy with it and I think my dad is going to love it and it defiantly fits his style. The quality is great and it is a really nice watch honestly on par if not better than the last watch. I would definitely recommend WatchGang to anyone looking for a great gift at a great price.

Company is trash, consistently and constantly pulls bait and switch games on wildly and vastly overestimated watches that you have no hope of making anything more than pennies on the dollar if you try to do anything with the junk they provide. Save yourself the time, money, and headaches of dealing with this charlatan and just save for something decent.
