Living here was a wonderful experience. The apartment site and surrounding neighborhood is often quiet and relaxing. It was always nice waking up to the sound of birds singing in the morning. The apartment unit itself is quite spacious and maintained well. It has all the basic amenities including assigned parking and laundry site for all tenants. I really like how the garden/plant area is well-maintained and adds to the ambience. The location is also convenient to local businesses and other services including the Sprouts grocery market and Pleasant Hill library. From the start it was a smooth process especially with the warm welcome and assistance from the manager, Katarina. Thank you!

I normally don't write reviews, but I sincerely had the utmost satisfaction with my living experience at Walnut Creek Apartments courtesy of the exceptional service provided by Katerina, the apartment manager. Living here was an absolute delight. The environment is always well-maintained, clean, and cozy which significantly contributes to a comfortable and enjoyable living environment. I am particularly impressed with the proactive and professional approach of our apartment manager. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that I feel heard and valued. Always quick to address maintenance requests and communicate upcoming maintenance schedules. Communication has always been transparent and effective, making it easy to navigate any concerns or inquiries. The friendly and approachable demeanor of Katerine adds a personal touch, that creates a welcoming atmosphere at Walnut Creek Apartments. My stay here has been nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend Walnut Creek Apartments to anyone seeking a well-managed, comfortable, and quiet living space. Thanks Katerine.

My girlfriend and I’ve been happy living here. It has good street parking, safe and good neighborhoods. Especially We’d like to give the manager Katerina the best credit. She reminds me of my auntie who used to take care of me in my homeland. She’s very fair, reasonable and genuine. And most importantly, she always tries her best to take good care of this lovely place. Yes. This is an relatively old apartment complex but with her good care, we feel our home is in good hand. I highly recommend this place if you looking for a new apartment!

The management does a good job with some things. But they recently decided that residents are not allowed to have visitors park after 6pm. Anyone who does gets towed. I was told my friends and family could get an Uber to come visit me after work. I've never heard of such a thing. If I would have known this would be the policy, I would not have signed a lease for this place. Of course their response is that this is for the residents' benefit. But for myself and many others it is definitely not.

This place is one of the worse place I lived so far in my life. They clean outside of the apartments once in a month maybe. The pool is hardly get cleaned. If your apartment needs repairs the maintainer comes only once a week which is Mondays to fix what the problem is, so if something breaks on Tuesday you must wait one week to get it fix if they have the parts handy. If you live in the 2nd floor you should be very careful because it's so old that the balcony floor will break just by walking on it. I attached a picture of my balcony so you can see for sure if you want to move in to this place or not? My husband hurt his leg at the balcony, it took them 2 weeks to fix it. When you move out before 2 years you must pay for painting even though the place was not painted when we first moved in. They also give you some receipts from here and there to convince you that they replace the carpets but they never do that. If you want to move in to this place forget that you will get back your deposit even if you professionally clean the apartment. Just leave without cleaning let them take your deposit which they always do no matter what. Hope this review helps you to not rent at this place and find a better one.

Wow, I love living here. The property manager, Jeffri, is kind, helpful and understanding. She responds to all my questions, requests and problems in a timely fashion and always gets them resolved. My daughter had car problems and she helped us jump her battery. She even got grease on her clothes trying to help us out and wouldn't let us buy her a new outfit. The only problem here is that the two apartment complexes on either side must allow dogs because I can hear their dogs barking. I highly recommend living here at Walnut Creek Apartments. I've been here for 3 years and am very happy with the location, price and service I receive. Keep up the good work!!

Great for the money. Building is a little on the older side so its not as quiet as the newer apartments in the area. With that said, I wouldn't call the place loud, it's pleasant. Price wise it's a good balance between being somewhat nearby bart, and a grocery store. Landlord is a great lady as well.

We stayed here for almost 3 years, our experience was worth 5 stars, the neighborhood was quiet and very peaceful to live in. The manager Katharine was very nice and cooperative, overall if you are looking for a nice and affordable apartment, this is a good place to stay at.
