Great flooring business. I have worked with Lowe's contractors for carpeting once before and they just did a mediocre job. On the other hand, Wagon wheel did terrific work. You can't even tell where the seam is in the living room. Thanks WW Flooring!

This company installed carpet in our entire home 15 years ago and recently installed new vinyl flooring in two baths, kitchen, laundry room. An excellent job with a very well organized crew and on a snowy January day to boot!!! Very happy and highly recommend them! We wouldn't use anyone else on the mountain!

Jack at Wagon Wheel took great care of me! I highly recommend him and his company. He went above and beyond to help me find carpet from the valley to have installed up in our home in the Show Low area. I tried many others in the area and he was the only one that showed compassion to help me and had it installed in 3 weeks instead of the 2-3 month wait that everyone else had. His installers were also very nice and did an amazing job!

I want to give a shout out to Wagon Wheel Flooring. When we bought our house in Pinetop last summer, it had three different types of flooring between the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen (plus Laundry Room).

Initially we were going to get flooring from Floor & Décor in the valley. However, we decided to stop in Wagon Wheel Flooring. I crunched the numbers and determined that the costs of not renting a trailer to go to the valley and pick up all the supplies was greatly outweighed by the cost at Wagon Wheel.

We contracted with them and they replaced the flooring this week, finishing yesterday, a full day early. I cannot say enough good for Wagon Wheel. The two guys they sent over were very conscientious. They arrived when they said they would. They did a fantastic job of removing the flooring, installing the new stuff and cleaning up every day. They also took the opportunity to explain anything to us at the end of the day.

So, rather than having three types of flooring, which included a hideously ugly carpeting, we have one floor style. I cannot say enough good for Wagon Wheel Flooring. We will be going back for carpeting in two bedrooms at some point.

Best of all? We bought local!

We went in December picked out the carpet, and told everything was booked out till February. The day of the install the layers were late an hour and half, Mark had sent them to the wrong address. No call...so we called back and they were on the way again. Which was only up the road a mile. Very poor customer service. The owner, Mr. Tippett then called and put the whole situation on us. He’s only solution was to pull them off the job and give us back our money... which we replied we just want the carpet installed.
We were very disappointed mainly in the fact that the owners didn’t accept their poor service and trying to put the blame on the customer.

My husband and I walked in there the other day looking for flooring and a backsplash. Upon walking in a man in a surgical mask greeted us but never introduced himself. He asked what we were looking for, we told him. He pointed us to a tiny room in the back with a very small selection. I asked him about the price of one I liked, he went and looked it up. Told me the price, wasn't much of a salesman. He just told us prices. They have a small selection, kind of high prices. Honestly went up to home depot just up the the street and getting exactly what we wanted for a much reasonable price.

I am so excited about my new floors. Jack and Aldolpho are amazing. I'm new to the area and everyone who I asked about flooring only suggested Wagon Wheel. Jack was amazing and helpful. Thanks everyone for being so great. Thank you to Luke too for the sweet dog kisses.
