Lived here for two years. First year was amazing because it was under a different property management. After that; everything went down hill. Started paying close to $2k for a 1 bedroom. Visitors don’t respect parking spots of people who actually live here. Beware if you move over here now. It’s not what it used to be. If you wanna use the grills or pool on the weekends forget about it. Good luck!

DO NOT LIVE HERE! The owners will not pay to upkeep the apartments. The fireplace, pool, and hot tub near the front office has been BROKEN FOR MONTHS. The plants are not kept nice, ADA ramp curbs are VERY LIMITED (I've seen 2 so far), and the fees they add on to the rent are RIDICULOUS. The management uses the trash bins and then makes us pay more when it fills up and needs to be emptied more. You'd be better off getting your own house or somewhere better! Good luck!

Victoria is awesome. This is the easiest moving process me and husband ever had. She always stayed in communication and has been incredibly helpful and understanding. The community is very clean and quiet. I definitely would recommend these apartments to anyone.

I moved in around February and this is the nicest apartment I’ve ever lived in. I love the high ceilings and how open it makes everything feel. The Manager and maintenance are all super friendly and helpful. I placed a work order for my microwave and they were there within 24 hours. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay I’d highly recommend it here.

I’ve lived in these apartments for 2 years now and they are nice BUT they are waaay over priced. Either lower your rent or upgrade your units. Also writing this horrible review because I had the worst home office EVER. The maintenance people were better than them. If you want to be ignored or have nothing done then this is the place. They are VERY unorganized, people quitting left and right. I’ve been paying for a pet deposit even tho I don’t have a pet anymore or a occupant and told me it will be off in 2 months but yet still paying for it. The website to pay your bills is ridiculous. They will put other peoples bills on yours thinking it’s for you and don’t tell you. I can go on and on about the dumb things I’ve experience here. I’m just very unhappy here and that’s why I’m moving. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone. Do better villas you lost a good one.

This place is clean and quiet. The kids play . The staff works hard to keep this place nice. Keep up the good work.good place to raise a family.
