First time living in this apartment complex and it's definitely been the best experience I've had. Maintenance is quick to address and resolve any issues. Management is very easy to work with and provides a great experience from beginning to end in the application/move-in process. I've been a resident at Vantage Point for almost two years and have signed a new lease. Ta'Shari and staff are very helpful, attention to detail. Maintenance is very great and responds in a very timely manner.
Conveniently located close to Downtown Little Rock, very close to Hillcrest and The Heights area with a lot of great local shops, eatery, etc. For the decent price around this area of Little Rock you can't ask for more!

While staying here pray that your AC does not break. I have had two instances where the AC has broken across two units and it’s clear maintenance is in over their head when it comes to AC problems. Last year I had an AC unit leak copious amounts of water over a carpeted hall way and I had to have a bucket that had to be routinely emptied all while dealing with an AC that was insufficient enough to deal with the heat of the summer. Inside temps above 80 degrees in the summer were not only common but management told us that there was nothing they could do because we had a third floor apartment. Once learning of that and not wanting to go through that again we foolishly decided to move out of the third floor and onto the first floor where we had much better luck. Until now that is when we had our AC unit break and it has been over a week of miserable temperatures. Management did let us borrow a portable unit but not only was it filthy and never cleaned, but incredibly enough also did not work due to only blowing room temperature air. It has been a constant battle of getting the maintenance guy out here, getting him to do a “fix” and not coming back until the next day to see if it worked and even then only doing so until we go and tell management that it’s STILL not working. The apartments are nice enough and for smaller problems maintenance is pretty good and responsive. But to have AC problems across two apartments and have them drag their feet on repairs in the heat of summer not once but TWICE makes it hard to recommend these apartments.

I’ve just recently moved in with my brother and they were absolutely amazing. The tour was incredible they answered all my questions no sweat. They are fast with us moving in, which was exactly what we needed. Just recently our ac broke and they came and replaced it in just a day. I really like this community, it’s quiet and everyone’s chill. But Tommy he’s answered the most questions I had and he’s been the most helpful and he’s really cool.

I had the absolute greatest experience with Tashari and Tommy. They are both very knowledgeable of the property and they handled my family and I with care. They work quickly and efficiently. They were able to answer every question we had and even during the tour, it wasn't rushed and they really took their time with us.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. I enjoyed the tour they took me on. Even though I'm not looking to move right now, they are at the top of my list. The apartments are very spacious and affordable.
