My vehicle was illegally kept away from me for over a year. I was never contacted while i am the legal owner and lienholder. The departments own paralegal adam smith told me the laws are different when the government is involved. My vehicle was said to have been destroyed may 9th 2020 but magically appeared in horific condition nov of 2021. While this is a felony for us common folk i was told the bp can do what they want. No one will answer the chief of the sector i was told may never return my call. Being terminally ill with small kids in covid at christmas instead of being normal people ive encountered heartless animals who dont have to follow the law because well they just dont have to. Very corrupt and sad being im a law abiding person. Sick to my stomach that people are so nasty and corrupt with an american but will protect an alien to the length of the law!!!!!!

This office is full of liars and incompetent people. They are sending people who are legally in USA to private detection facility at Eloy, probably have some provisions from that. Even if USCIS confirm that these people are legally in USA they still send them to Eloy and they have to wait approximately 6 weeks to see a judge. I am ashamed of them, specially because they are cowards and lie to the people they hold about what will happen to them. You should serve American citizens and not lock up their spouses legally waiting for a green card!

US BP came to TMC, we are having a family emergency for our 5 month old Penelope. Today was such a sad day for the 2 of us since it is the holiday & she is not doing so well, god sent these brave men in the right direction, they came to bring gifts, not just a gift it is my daughters 1st Christmas present! We are so full of joy!! I hope I run into these men I took a picture of them and they are in my familys prayers. Such a blessing!

The agents at the Amado/Arivaca checkpoint today were very courteous and professional. They have a very difficult job in the current political environment, and they should be applauded for all the good work they do protecting this great nation.

It’s like a den of liars. They’ll tell you something and not take notes just because they know the calls aren’t being recorded. They’re also really unprofessional I don’t understand why our tax money is being wasted on them.

These people make illegal accusations and expect the family members to sit back and wait on their response. Its disrespectful to have someone in their custody knowing they are innocent.
