This office, Joesph Van Heest, with the help of God himself worked a miracle in my family’s life. I will forever be grateful for this man! The word “public defender” always gave me a bad vibe, I was very if’y exspecially knowing my husbands and my children’s next 20 years was in the hands of this office. I stressed I called “paid” lawyers and they all told me the same. That Mr. Van Heest is a great attorney and they would all out trust in him, so after many nights of praying I did just that! And I couldn’t be more proud of the work he done for my family! So for the next 20 years, I will have my husband my kids will have their daddy, as long as we continue to uphold our end. Everything we talked about was done, everything we prayed so hard for worked out! Thank you sir, you may never understand just what you have done for our family! I am so thankful for you!

‼️😡 THIS office is HORRIBLE!! Elise Tucker is the attorney for my guy&he's been incarcerated for a month now,& I've only talked to her TWICE&that's when I,MYSELF had to tell her she was his lawyer,SHE DIDNT EVEN KNOW!! 1st flag,2nd Flag,she called saying she's working with the DA,&will call me back with details,NO CALL BACK! 3rdly,SHE HAS NOT BEEN TO JAIL TO SEE HIM,GIVE HIM PAPERWORK,NOR LET HIM KNOW WHATS GOING ON WITH HIS CASE!! WHAT LAWYER DOES THAT!! VERY UPSET! & LAST FLAG! I've called around the clock,left Hella messages, STILL NOTHING!! ON TOP OF IT ALL,HE'S SUPPOSE TO HAVE COURT TOMORROW &I HAVE YET TO BE NOTIFIED ABOUT WHERE&WHEN,THIS IS INSANE!! THEN TELLS ME TO CALL TOMORROW, SHE'S GOIN IN A MEETING, I TELLS SECRETARY, I DONT NEED TO CALL HER TOMORROW, I NEED TO KNOW IF HE'S GOIN TO COURT TOMORROW, &IF SO,WHERE,&WHEN!! THIS LADY IS VERY BAD AT HER JOB,AS FAR AS I CAN TELL. This office does not return calls. When you call their number no one answers. The one time we did get someone to answer the phone, we were placed on hold for almost 10 minutes, then the call abruptly hung up. I called back immediately, twice, and no one answered.
