I had an extremely disappointing experience with Jesse. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they refused to pay for detention charges that I am rightfully owed. Not only did they fail to honor this payment, but they also provided inaccurate and misleading information about the pickup and delivery times. This resulted in significant delays and additional costs that they seem unwilling to acknowledge or compensate for.

When we booked a load with Jake Baden on 06/19/2024 there was a misunderstanding regarding the city of origin. The freight was loaded and delivered in the timely matter with no problems or concerns. Ten minutes after the load was delivered, we received the updated load confirmation which had a $500 'renegotiation fee" deducted from the rate. At present, Jack is unreachable and has no returned our phone calls or responded to our emails to provide any explanations.

Booked a load this morning at 8.00am i was told load is ready , been in door for 4 hours then i decide to find out why it takes so long , shipper told me i m work and appointment on this load was yesterday. This is refer load everything works by appointment are you new to this industry? I don’t think so…. Now they send us email that because we leaving our company get blocked Really? Why you provide wrong and false information to carrier , if i was aware that this load is work in I never book it with you. Broker Wyatt and Clayton .
Stay away guys don’t waist your time and money with those liars.

Jesse Skudlark lied about shipper and reciever load and unload times. Stating on ratecon. Pick up time 0800 to 1700. Reciever appt 0800 to 1700. Drove all night so I could be the first to get unloaded. Only to be told my appt wasn't until 7pm. Good job Jesse Skudlark. He is refusing detention. So I'm climbing the ladder.

Andrew Childers is the biggest liar of all the brokers. dont book loads with them!!! 50% chance load will be cancelled 50% the load will be a lie (fake appointments)

As a carrier based out of Missouri, we’ve been running freight out of Arkansas for this company almost 4 years. Until one of their broker agent, Jake Baden. Took it upon himself to steal from us. Completely unscrupulous and unprofessional. This is the type of company that represents everything that’s wrong with the trucking industry. Like Carriers don’t have it hard enough with all the overhead and low rates but you have us run a lane for you and then deduct $350 once the service is completed. Because we couldn’t pick up a second load. Shame on you.

I am picking up load from fort woth tx to albuqurque nm . May 2023 receive reject 15 cases wrong product and few damage cases shipper fault. Broker said donate somewhere but he not want to pay but went there not profit donate center and they said we not room for frozen then i throw small 15 cases in trash send pics because no body want this damage product .. now more then five months now transplace company no want to pay .. be careful to haul for this company… think about payment thanks

I don't understand how that company has people like Jake Baden working as a brocker, he is an abusive thief, after the driver finishes the load, he deducts money with an excuse that makes no sense. I see that it is mandatory to always do this by abusing people who are on the street working. to bring home sustenance.
