I can't say Thank You enough for the help I received in a very special shopping trip I was on. I was desperately seeking my wedding dress and was unable to find one even 2 weeks before our wedding. So I started calling local shops, with no luck until I called Touch of Class in Farmington and spoke to Hilary. She was amazing! She said they had quite a few wedding dresses in and pulled the 3 they had in my size. When my fiance and I arrived, she greeted us and was a HUGE help to me not only in trying on these gorgeous gowns but in helping a bride make the ever so tough Final decision lol.
My fiance got to see me in 3 stunning dresses (all were brand new from their respective boutiques with those tags still on them), after I tried them on he left the shop so I could make my choice.
After a few moments, and with Hilary's help the choice was clear. The dress I got was the first of the three I tried on. While they were are stunning, the dress I chose made me feel like a Bride. My fiance has no idea which dress I got until I was coming down the isle at our wedding that was held on October 6, 2024.
The minute I got to him at the end of the isle and he took my hand he leaned in to tell me that "THIS was the dress he prayed I would get because when I came out of the dressing room in it I took his breath away, and the next 40 years ran through his mind like an old movie. He said that at that moment he knew he found his forever."
I even had our photographer take a very special photo for me, I had my 9 year old step daughter put my dress on and get a photo of herself in it for her wedding one day.
Thank you so much for making our wedding day so special, and for making this bride look so beautiful.
This was an unaltered gown and original tags on it were from a shop located out of state and their price was $900!!! Touch of Class sold it to me for Wayyyy less!!
I never had in my head a specific style of gown, I wanted to try on every type so I could find the dress that made me feel the way a bride should on her wedding day ...I found it thanks to Hilary and Touch of Class.

I loved an item that wasn't priced, and the cashier said she didn't have the ability to price items and would need to wait for the manager to come in the following week. I provided my name and number and was told the manager would call me on Monday. The manager didn't call me, so I called back and explained the situation/ left my name and number with whoever answered the phone (again, not the manager). I still hadn't heard back after a day or two, so I called again. Again, I explained the situation and left my contact information. After that, it was the holidays, and I assumed they were just very busy, so I waited a couple of weeks before going back into the store. I explained the situation again and was told they JUST sold the jacket to someone else and were confused why the manager didn't call me back with a price, saying it was very unfortunate.

The store is large, clean and items are priced. The prices, however are crazy high for a thrift store. The clothes prices are ok but household items are ridiculously priced and in some cases more than the original cost.

THEY ARE RACIST! Racially profiled my black/Hispanic son.
My son and I just left the store in the village and the blonde clerk who works there followed my son and granddaughter around the store the entire time. I’m mad he didn’t tell me prior to spending my money there. Never going there again. Definitely our first bad experience since moving to Maine last week.
