Torrid store is my favorite but whenever going to the one Arizona mills the customer service there is very bad the workers there is always grouchy and not helpful,Tempe marketplace I love it there excellent customer service the girls there are very helpful and customer friendly.

The Torrid team members took excellent care of me! They have fans in the dressing rooms too!!! This is huge! I often get hot trying clothes on and they solved this problem! Super smart!

Went in looking for something very specific that I knew would be low chance of having in stock... boyfriend jeans that have not been distressed. And Bianca was so amazingly helpful. She knew there stock and where to look. Also, amazing clearance items to get me in and out quick. Thanks ladies!

We had 2 great cashiers. The first one was very helpful in trying to figure out why we were having trouble getting pictures of clothing sent to my daughter out of state for her yes or no on several items we picked out. The second cashier showed us a skirt going out on the clearance rack. My daughter initially said no but texted a few minutes later that she changed her mind and wanted it. We went back and she helped me locate the skirt and was super nice and friendly. Great staff and prices are great compared to the regular Torrid stores!

Offers here are a scam!!!
Cashier is unable to explain the math behind why I’m paying excess amount even after reassuring the offers before billing.

Went in today for some shoe shopping- couldn’t find my size but luckily I had a wonderful employee (Anna) help me order online and had it shipped to my address. I always come back to this exact location because they have a wonderful team that are so helpful and make the shopping experience much easier. Thank you Anna for being so kind and helpful 💕

I’ve been shopping at this store for almost 5 years and the customer service here has decreased. The women that work here are extremely rude, especially the extremely heavy set white lady. She is always rude. If this wasn’t the closest Torrid to me I would never shop here again. The black woman named Chris is very polite. She’s the only professional employee at this store. The Tempe market place location is way better than the Mills location.

Came in to shop like I always do because I LOVE torrid. I let Anna know the hours said they open at 10 and it's now 11 and that they have no store hours on the door. She proceeded to say, they have no control over the store hours and it's not her responsibility. She must've had a bad day already because I asked her how it can be fixed and she said for me to leave the store. I have never had someone have such attitude from the start. I definitely was there to spend money at their store, not to argue. So disappointed in Torrid. Taking my business to Lane Bryant.
