So bought a 900 buck Xmas tree a few years back. Lights won’t work because the plug melted. Obviously a major manufacturer defect that could have caused a fire. Store says it is out of warranty and to pound sand. We have spend a lot of $ at this store so AVOID

If you need any type of pool service, I highly recommend Today's Pool Service. Just finished having having Dave do not only repair work on the pump and filter but empty and refill and treat our pool to clean it up. The pool looks beautiful! He was honest, professional, very timely and the the pricing was very reasonable for all of the work done. I will definitely be using this company in the future in the future.

The folks at Today’s Pool and Patio provide the BEST customer service for our family. Our pool had taken a turn for the worse and Dustin was so incredibly helpful. He was so kind and nice. He took the time to explain filtration and the chemistry of of our pool. He wasn’t interested in just selling products like you get at the other pool place, but making sure our family was educated in caring for our pool. Going beyond the call of duty, Dustin would call us to check the status of the pool, and help diagnose over the phone. More customer service industries need people like Dustin and his colleagues. These guys are the experts in pool care. He is what makes customers loyal. That’s #1 class customer service. If you are looking for a company that cares deeply about the customer, this is your store.

We purchased modern white patio furniture from Today's Pool & Patio and couldn't be more happy with the quality of product, the awesome gentlemen that delivered the 3 pieces. Also we have had excellent customer service along the way from Dustin Spivey at the Phoenix store and via telephone at their warehouse. The furniture is not on the show room floor so we were a little nervous about purchasing such a high expense over their website - we will continue to work with this company in the future for ALL of our patio needs. GREAT COMPANY! It's refreshing experience in this day when so many are substandard.

Today's Pool & Patio sells low quality umbrellas and doesn't stand behind its products. In addition, customer service is unhelpful and disinterested in supporting its customers -- the local store associates direct customers to a corporate email address for customer service.

I needed to add a few additional umbrellas (I already have owned the three other ones for many, many years) and stands at the last minute to my backyard pool area for some family and friends that were going to stay with us during their spring break. I didn't have time to order them from Pottery Barn or Crate and Barrel, and I was in the neighborhood of Today's Pool & Patio, so I dropped in and purchased 3 umbrellas and stands.

The stands recommended to me weren't heavy enough to prevent the umbrellas from falling over in light wind. In fact, after a couple of days of owning these umbrellas, it was a breezy afternoon and one of the umbrellas blew over into my pool and the shaft of the umbrella cracked. It was cheaply made and did not stand up to minor impact. I have purchased many outdoor umbrellas and umbrella stands over the 25 years that I've been a homeowner, and none of them have been this cheap.

Instead of standing behind their product after I sent pictures and an explanation of how the umbrella stand blew over and the umbrella broke after less than a week of use, they said it wasn't covered and closed the case. I'm out of money and out of an umbrella that I cannot even get to close and will have to cut up with a heavy duty knife or scissor to take down and throw away.

I've been a customer of TPP for over 8 years and counting. Everything from having a full overhaul replacement of our pool equipment, to day to day maintenance TPP was there for us. From the first time I walked in to the store I was impressed with both the level of experience the staff had and their willingness to help without making you feel intimidated or pressured. This won me over as this was the the first home with a pool and I truly had no idea what in the hell I was doing. Within a few days I was able to maintain our pool with their guidance. Both Dustin and Eric are top notch guys who go above and beyond if you're willing to learn and they just make it extremely easy to understand. You never get the feeling they're just trying to sell you stuff. If it's needed they tell you, if it's not...well it's not. We also had the pleasure of working with Sean their installer who is ridiculously good at his job! As a team they are very well coordinated and will take care of you. They stick to their core values and that is to be honest, helpful and fair. All things they do well!
