Toad & Co is the place to be. High quality and sustainable clothing and FREE COFFEE!? Count me in! Toad offers a great shopping experience. I've always been welcomed in with a smile.
You might find yourself chatting with one of the employees about your latest hike or getting the scoop on some new third-party products that they just brought in. I usually speak with Sam or Jake. They are always knowledgeable and passionate about the outdoors and sustainability.
Toad has amazing products and an even more amazing staff.

We stopped into both sides of the store and were happily greeted each time. I was looking for a backpack with a specific type of strap that was hard to hunt down and even though the backpacks initially didn't quite have what I was looking the sales associate continued to look throughout the store and eventually found a match! The backpack we purchased is a Fjall Raven High Coast 24L and is absolutely perfect for our biking/day hike needs. Great customer service and very appreciative of the associate taking the time to continue looking for a match. Definitely will be back to shop around next time we are in the area!

Insanely cute store with loads of options from Cotopaxi and of their own brands! Good deals upstairs and their quality of fashion is wonderful! Highly recommend going here!!

Rude staff. Came in with my 6yo in tow, to spend some dollars. Within minutes he had to use the bathroom. I approached THREE staff members who wouldn't acknowledge me because they were too busy talking about breaks. Pretty sure one of them was a manager. So I had to interrupt and ask if they had a restroom, to which one blankly looked at me and bluntly said "No" before turning away to resume personal chatter. How about directing us to one?
We left without spending a dime and will never return. Hire some adult staff and teach them customer service skills. My little guy wet his pants on the street as we blindly searched for a bathroom.

This is my favourite brand of clothing. Ethically-made, decently priced, lovely patterns, the fit is perfect for me (5,4 and curvy). I've had pieces that I've had for many years and they are still in great shape. The quality is top. My only grievance is that I recently had to pay an insane amount of money for my package to go through customs (i'm in Canada). I had to pay half the value of my package so that was a very bad surprise... so be warned if you are ordering from Canada.

I love stopping in Toad&Co whenever I'm in the area. They have a great selection and carry a lot of unique brands in addition to Toad&Co. The staff is always so friendly. Last time I was in Sam and Jake spent so much time with me and helped me find the perfect gift for my sister. You should definitely make it a point to shop here if you're in Freeport!

My partner and I both loved toad and co. The shop was laid out really nice and the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The fitting rooms had mirrors inside (I hate it when you’re forced to step out into the jaws of sales staff to see how things look). We both ended up spending more than we usually would on clothes but had a couple of things on clearance too.

Toad&Co is a must visit in Freeport. The first time I walked in this store 7 years ago it felt like they’d taken a page out of the book of my life, there is nothing in the store I don’t like! The store is so carefully curated and artistically designed that it creates a fun and unique shopping experience. It’s clear the Toad team values customer service, every time I’ve shopped in the store I have been greeted and received assistance on sizes, finding similar styles and product information. I love that Toad values sustainability and quality meaning I can feel good about my purchases and know my products will last a long time. I still have everything I purchased 7 years ago and it’s going strong! Do yourself a favor, check out Toad!
