I went in right before Christmas and the place was busy with Christmas shoppers. That said, the staff treated me very nicely and took their time answering my questions and explaining things I didn’t know. I would highly recommend this business to all who are interested in archery.

Amazing experience, Timber Mesa was able to fix my bow after an accident on this years archery hunt. He had me in and out of there within two hours with nothing but the best service. I can't recommend this shop enough!

I am blown away by the level of care this shop provided to me. I have never shot a bow in my life but I was sure I would love it just not sure I could do it. Richard set me up for success he took the time and care to introduce and setup all the equipment to me and let the equipment pick me!! He really set me up for success and in just a couple of range trips I am very comfortable and confident with this hobby. It is a blast and I truly believe it is because this shop and especially Richard cared to take the time to introduce educate me! My advice to anyone thinking about archery is do it!!!! and enjoy the process they provide it’s one of a kind. Thank you Richard for all your valuable time!

Absolutely amazing experience here! I made a rookie mistake and needed to have my bow looked at. I was greeted by a man named Richard and he was happy to look at AND fix my bow! Also, I had asked him if he had a few minutes to go over the basics with me (it's been 7 years since I picked up my bow) and he was so helpful and willing to give me some pointers. The range they have in the back is awesome! It's open to practice when the store is open for a super reasonable price. I already can't wait to go back and spend some time there! Incredibly welcoming and informative staff. I greatly appreciate the patience Richard had with me because I am starting from square one. Thank you!

Destroyed my quiver during an elk hunt. Drove almost 2hrs and I was so grateful that they had such a wide selection for me to choose from. They even stopped me from buying a quiver that wouldn't work for my bow. Installed and out the door in about 20min. Thank you Timber Mesa for helping me out, and saving my hunt.

Brian was Awesome. I'm from Tucson and now wish I was closer to this shop. Had the string come off my bow. He repaired it and explained why it happened. Pricing is competitive with everyone else. They were out of a product that I was looking for and without hesitation offered to ship it to me when back in stock. If you are looking for a Great archery shop don't go anywhere else. Incredible service! Was in town just for the weekend and had a bow string incident. I showed up at 9am on a Saturday morning with no notice and was promptly greeted with outstanding service. They fixed my problem and sent me on my way within about 5 minutes. I will definitely use this shop when in Show Low. Thanks again for your help today!

The shop has always had what I needed. I have always been treated politely and helped quickly. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. The store is clean and well organized. Prices are competitive with other outlets but the experience of the staff sets Timber Mesa apart.
