It has been a wonderful experience living at Tierra Pointe. The management team has been very helpful. The community is clean and well kept. But I wanted to say how much we appreciate our maintenance guy, Lupe. He really puts his heart into all his work, and cares about the residence that live here. He is very talented and always does a great job. Thank you Lupe, and Tierra Pointe for creating a great living environment.

I think the apartment complex took down my original review as it was a bit scathing. As someone who runs a shop, I know you can remove reviews if they are blatantly inappropriate (mine was not), but still; I’m choosing to re-review this complex as a long-time resident now with a different attitude.

This apartment complex is good, really. If you care about the amenities a complex has to offer, Tierra Pointe is probably the best in town. The complex is CONSTANTLY cleaning, which I enthusiastically enjoy. Sidewalks, grass, trash, all of it routinely taken care of. It is on the pricier side, but if you care about the two topics mentioned previously, it’s worth it.

My only gripe with the complex was during a very specific timeframe, there was an unusual increase in crime. Although I know property managers have little to no control over it, I wish they’d keep their residents informed about certain events. When I brought it up to two newer leasing agents, they replied in a very inappropriate manner.

Brenda has been so consistent during our families lease here. She’s so helpful and much nicer than the other two. This complex is good, but sometimes I think working with people for so long disillusions you to what your objective is in working with people. I think if the management team tried to focus more on building relationships with their tenants, it’d be an incredible complex worth staying at.

Tierra pointe is the first apartment I’ve lived in. Even if I had another apartment to compare it to, I’m confident that this would be the worst by far. The leasing office is terrible when it comes to noise complaints. I understand that it is communal living, however, the constant blaring of music at ALL hours of the day/night from the unit above us kept my husband and I up so many nights. When we even had video evidence of the noise, the leasing office said “you have evidence but not good evidence” what? Within the first week of us living there, we were having issues with the thermostat. So we asked Lupe, one of the maintenance members to come up. When he was done looking at the thermostat, I asked him if he heard the loud music from above us. He said yes and that it was unacceptable and I should call the leasing office. They did nothing about it. Less than a month later I went to the leasing office to show the manager the video evidence I had. Lupe was sitting in the front office and Brenda, the manager, asked if he remembered the loud music from the unit upstairs. He wanted to act like he had no idea what I was talking about and said no, he didn’t remember. The non upgraded units are gross. My husband and I came home one night and saw police from the apartment building right across from us, draw their guns on two young boys. Unprofessional, gross, and dangerous. Save your money and avoid this place.

I had a terrible experience at Tierra Pointe Apartments. The management is unprofessional and unresponsive to maintenance requests, often taking weeks to address any issues. The noise level is unbearable, with loud neighbors and thin walls making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The amenities advertised are not as promised, and the apartment itself was not in the best condition when I moved in. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained living space. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I recently toured an apartment and had an excellent experience. Nicole was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, providing all the details I needed about the property and its amenities. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and spacious, with plenty of natural light. I appreciated the detailed walkthrough, which helped me get a feel for the layout and what living here would be like. The neighborhood seems quiet and conveniently located near shops. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I’m seriously considering this place for my next home

I have to say it is one of the best places I have lived yet, Jessica B. Was so professional she didn’t stop looking until she found me the perfect apartment, she went above and beyond. I also felt with Jessica who was just as wonderful. The apartment looks like no has ever lived in it there is so much space and closets. I just love the sunken bath tubs. The grounds are kept just beautiful it makes me proud when I have people over to visit. The amenities are great as well you really don’t have to leave there’s so much to do here. Thank you so much for making my life a better place and thank you to management for seeing everything was first class. 😁

I have lived at this place for 2 years almost one bedroom apartment by myself and they just moved in allowed a new rental above me a male and female with a little boy and a dog and possibly a third grown up which they made nothing but noise the entire weekend kept me up all weekend then all they had to say this morning was well we'll have to look into it and you know if you really look at the laws they could have three people in a one bedroom talk about putting 7 lb of s*** in a 3 lb bag this is crazy this place has got to move me to a new apartment or I'll never sleep because the people above are noisy noisy noisy worst rental in the above apartment of me in 2 years they have no respect for me and my own well-being

Hands down the best apartment complex that my household has ever lived in. The community has a lot to offer. The management and facilities team are impeccably amazing at what they do. I have no words to describe how much of a strong support my household received in all our ups and down, the highs and lows, and with that, my household will forever be grateful.
