We drove around the area and looked at different apartments. One place told us to come back in 1 hour, and the other 2 complexes were nice, but they did not feel like home. CJ showed us at least 2 apartments, and when we mentioned that the view of nature is important to us, he knew exactly which unit would work! We instantly fell in love and at home with the unit! I REALLY appreciate being shown the actual apartment unit that you will be applying to. That way you know the condition it is. It is VERY comfortable, quiet, and spacious. I appreciate all of the effort the staff, including maintenance, makes to ensure we feel at home!! I love it and we both see ourselves staying here until we get a house!

I moved to The Vineyards at Napa Valley on 7/31/24. I had been abandoned in January by my then boyfriend, and I had to rethink my life. So began the process of searching for a "new life" and a new place to live. This was a challenge for me being single and not really knowing anyone in the area. I don't have the highest income, but I love my job. I lost my parents in 2021 from Covid, and I have no family here. So, obviously, my life has done some spiraling. I made so many calls and visited so many places. I was turned down at 2 other apartment complexes after having paid non-refundable application fees. The first time I drove in to The Vineyards, I loved the look of everything: the buildings, the trees, the hills, it almost felt like I was in a remote location even though the hustle and bustle of Little Rock was less than a half mile away. I walked into the leasing office, and I met CJ. I can't say enough good things about him, but here are a few. He was so kind and patient. He listened to my "life woes," and he heard me when I said that I just "needed someone to give me a chance." Bree was also in the office that day, and I just remember her asking in such a sweet and bubbly voice if I was going to be a new resident. I told her I was "hopeful." Bottom line, CJ took the time and found a way to make this 'new life' I had been forced into become a life filled with excitement and pride. When I got the call saying I had been approved, I felt like I was floating on a cloud because such an enormous weight had been lifted.
My apartment here feels like home.There are things about this apartment that remind me of the house I grew up in. I am so relaxed and thankful. I love the location. I love my neighbors. The way the apartment is laid out makes it even more spacious. My "fur babies" are super happy in their new home. It's like it was meant to be. Also, I gotta give some props to the pool even though it's about to get cold. The location of it makes it even more relaxing and I love the neon green furniture.
I think the most impressive thing about The Vineyards is what all they are doing to make it an even better place to live. Since it was hit hard by the tornado last March, they have literally had to rebuild most of the complex. There are workers out here every day sweating and doing their best to complete this huge face-lift. CJ and Bree are in constant contact with all the people they need to continue to make this a great place to live. Moving here was one of my best life decisions, and I would like to personally thank CJ for believing in me and giving me the chance I needed to restart my life.

the vineyards is a amazing first time apartment! this is my first one and the management and neighbors are amazing it’s a wonderful time very interactive with the residents! i really couldn’t ask for a better apartment complex for my first place 10/10 i definitely recommend!!🎉🫶🏽 if you wanna come this is your place !! i been here since october and it’s literally been great !

I’m new to Little Rock and was informed this was a decent area to live. So far, that has been truthful. I love my new apartment and the view is so relaxing. CJ is so helpful and always professional! He makes living here, such a smooth experience. Additionally, maintenance is always quick to respond with any issues I’m having. In the short time that I’ve lived here, it has been peaceful. I look forward to my future here at The Vineyards!

I absolutely love it here! I've been living here for almost a year, and it has been such an amazing experience.

First, let me shout out the office staff—they are truly the best of the best! They’re understanding, supportive, and genuinely care about their tenants. This is the first place I’ve lived where the office staff goes above and beyond by hosting game nights and events that create a warm, family-like atmosphere. CJ and Bree, keep up the fantastic work!

The maintenance crew is equally impressive. Anytime there’s an issue, they respond quickly and get the job done efficiently.

Overall, I haven’t had a single problem since moving here. 10/10—I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great community to call home!

Living here at the Vineyards at Napa Valley is the best place I have lived. The staff are friendly and very caring. My neighbor are friendly. I feel very safe here.. are guys that take care of the grounds and the up keep of the Apartment s are always working hard. To the staff thank you for making this a great place to live.

I moved to the Vineyards in March of 2023 and when I say it was the most smoothest transition ever I mean it. Our leasing team is great any concerns or problems you have they stay on top of it until it is handled. Also a big shoutout to CJ , Bree, and Jordan for making their tenants feel like family we appreciate it ❤️

Perfect place to live in Little Rock, very reasonable, safe, comfortable and clean apartments. Administration is very helpful all the time. Available 24/7 in case of emergency. No disturbance at the buildings. I love this place.
