Avoid This Place at All Costs

This has been the WORST apartment rental experience I’ve ever had. The management is beyond terrible—they enter your apartment without any notice and even move your belongings. It’s a complete invasion of privacy and extremely unprofessional.

They also go out of their way to make sure you don’t get your security deposit back, finding every excuse possible to charge you. On top of that, the property has a massive cockroach infestation problem, making it nearly unlivable.

The green areas are disgusting, constantly full of dog waste that no one bothers to clean. As for the parking lot, it’s like a nightly boxing ring—fights, noise, and chaos are the norm.

To make matters worse, the education level of the neighbors is very low. If you’re a professional or someone with higher standards, this is absolutely not the place for you.

If you value your health, privacy, and money, stay as far away from this place as possible.

The apartment unit is a nice building but the management of this place is terrible. Trash has been left surrounding the dumpsters and parking lot, dog waste is always around in the grassy areas. They do not pro-rate rent when you move out. Loud music at all times of the night and people speeding in the parking lots. Management has been made aware of trash and dog waste, but no response and no change has been made.

The apartment is nice looking but there is a German roach problem. The pest people “spray” every 3 months, but if you notice any roaches and ants, you have to clear out all of your cabinets, countertops, laundry room, bathrooms, for them to “spray” which is extremely inconvenient, all for the roaches to come back over and over again. And you’re expected to clear out your cabinets everytime, which takes a lot of time,
even though they know it’s not going to completely get rid of them. And I don’t keep a dirty apartment either. I used to maybe see 1 or two in a day but now my head is always on a swivel because they’re always popping up.
Also, if you have a guest, you’re only allowed one guest to the pool. Rent has gone up but there’s nothing to show for it going up. Only staying a bit longer until I find somewhere else to live.

Rent is extremely high and keeps going up higher and higher $1145 a month for a one bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with only 560 square foot is insanely high.The room inside isn't all that spectacular Either no real hardwood tiles or countertop.Everything is laminate or sticky

Tre was a great tour guide and quick to answer all questions I had! I have not decided on this property yet, but it is definitely in my top few options for the NWA area. Regardless, Tre is a great leasing agent and asset to the team there. The property is beautiful- the only reason I have given it a 4 star is because Lindsey Management’s system makes it hard to see options more than a month out and to know what floor will be available. But, this is also something that most complexes deal with, due to 30 day notices. As far as the beauty of the property and the welcoming vibe of Tre goes - 5 star seems appropriate.

The complex is very nice, inside and out, but unfortunately it’s also very large which means the staff has a lot of units to fill which in turn leads to low quality tenants/neighbors. I have never had a roach in my life yet I have seen a handful of roaches in my apartment. It didn’t start until my building was full. The complex is brand new so someone had to bring them here! I witnessed physical fights in the parking lot the first two weekends after I moved in. I have seen throw up in the parking lot from where someone got trashed the night before. I have seen people pull door handles on cars in the parking lot at night. I have smelled strange smells in breezeways. Management is very good about keeping people in check but there’s only so much they can do. Maintenance is also great. Every maintenance request I put in has been addressed either the same day or the following business day. Before long the staff will be the only redeeming quality about this place. If you pay your rent on time and be a good neighbor you won’t have to worry about them.

Update: Something else you should know if you are considering living here is that although these apartments are one and two bedroom units don’t be surprised if your neighbors are a family of 3 in a one bedroom or a family of 5 in a two bedroom so the noise level may be more than you bargain for. Apparently this is quite common here. I live in a two bedroom and there’s a family of 5 living below me… in a two bedroom.

I moved in this facility back in September. I’ve had great experiences here! Deborah at the front office was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The only reason I give this 4 stars is because we need MORE dumpsters.. I live at the front of the complex - but I have to walk / drive a pretty good distance just to throw my trash away and it’s honestly really annoying. The buildings are full and they’re still growing. We need more dumpsters in this facility soon please. People are loud sometimes but I can deal, because I understand and I’m also younger so maybe that’s why. Also the parking is terrible.. so many times I’ve came home from work around 6 Pm and have to park blocks down from my building to eventually find parking. That’s something that could definitely be worked on! Otherwise, I love my apartment and building. The ladies at the office are very nice and helpful! Thank you!

Property is beautiful and clean, apartment is beautiful with spacious balconies and nice appliances. Amenities are nice. Staff is so helpful and friendly. We worked with Deborah and couldn’t have asked for an easier application/move in process. Great location too!!!
