Our second visit to the tides was as good as the first. The front desk staff of Julia,Mattie,David and Siboney are extremely welcoming and helpful-true professionals. The beach staff are great-ready to set up chairs,lounges and umbrellas to make the beach experience easy and pleasurable. The cleaning staff do a great job both with the rooms and keeping up with any requests. Our room was well decorated and had an abundance of towels and other amenities. Finally have to mention Deano the shuttle driver-prompt and entertaining as he got us to various restaurant on time.We will be back.

We went for happy hour. Boy were we disappointed. We ordered the scallops for $12. Keep in mind this is Happy Hour, not dinner appetizers, We got 3 small scallops. So we got one and a half each. Why were they so skimpy. I also read the story about 3 skimpy wings. so they are just mean and skimpy. They shouldn't boast about the setting and competitors' prices. DELIVER VALUE.

We had cocktails here prior to dinner one day. We went during happy hour and sat outside. The cocktails and service were great. It’s directly across from the beach which is a huge plus. We went for a beach walk after happy hour. We will definitely be staying here when coming back to kennebunkport.

We had a great time at The Tides Beach Club for our anniversary for a 2-day stay! When we arrived there was a complimentary bottle of chilled champagne in our room! Starting with David at the front desk & the manager, Tanner, the whole staff works as a team & were great! The resort is beautiful & right across from Goose Rocks Beach. Really enjoyed the great food in Maine & the wonderful shops in Ogunquit & Kennebunkport! We will be back!

We've always been fans of the Tides for lunches and dinners, but we had particularly memorable event on our 35th anniversary. Our server, Karen, was wonderful and when she got wind of our anniversary, she gave us each a complimentary glass of bubbly, along with warm wishes. Very unexpected and very sweet of her! The rest of the gang, including bartenders Dave and Ben, were great as well - concocting a Siren's Call which has been off the menu for years. Looking forward to more summer visits!

Have never stayed there but dine frequently. Casual elegance. Staff treats you great! Shout out to our waiter Richard last week!!! He was super.
Btw my husband ordered the impossible burger and couldn’t believe it was plant based. Still talking about it.

Food and service were both great. My only complaint is that the bartender was squeezing grapefruits for a solid 2 hours while we were sitting at the bar. The juicer sounded like a dentists drill so was hard to bear. Suggest taking it out back or just buy fresh juice.

Beautiful! The suite was stunning w gorgeous beach views. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. All the amenities were a nice surprise! Lilly and Amber are so pleasant and made sure we had a great stay. We will be back....
