Best experience by far for purchasing a RV. They had many options that would work for what we intended on using the RV for. Also they were very honest about any and everything with each camper down to the a tiny pin whole scratch on the furniture. The process was very fast, easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend!

Update: BACK TO REVIEW AGAIN: These people are amazing. They delivered the RV for us and was able to park it in a very difficult spot for us absolutely no problem.

Overall, I highly recommend Lee and his team at The RV Depot Outlet to anyone looking for a camper. Their customer service, knowledge, and commitment to making sure you leave feeling confident in your purchase really stood out. Lee was a wealth of knowledge on camper tips to make camping easier, too. When we went to leave, our truck had a blown fuse so the trailer lights weren’t working. His team assisted us with changing out the fuse - even providing the fuse for us! When we left, we felt like we’d met new friends instead of just conducting business.

Cannot recommend this place enough! My husband and I just bought our first camper for our family from Lee and Mariah and, along with the other people who work there, they were genuinely so nice and down to earth through the entire process. As first time buyers, we didn’t know a lot and Lee took over an hour and a half to explain everything about our camper to us from start to finish, along with giving us a wealth of helpful tips and tricks from his experience that if he hadn’t told us, we wouldn’t know as newbies. My husband and I just had the best experience buying our TT at The RV Repo Outlet. We met Lee, and couldn’t believe how knowledgeable he was, able to answer every question and gave lots of helpful tips. He showed us the unit we wanted to see and encouraged us to think on it, no heavy handed sales pressure at all. We had been looking for a while and were so tired of hearing everything works and oh yeah, it’s in as new condition only to get there and find out nothing worked and it was ready for the dump. So imagine how excited we were when Lee’s description and photos were spot on. The unit was beautiful. The photos were taken just a few days before we saw it unlike photos people post of how the RV looked several years ago when they bought it. Lee and Mariah are the most honest, helpful couple. They take pride in their business and treat their customers like family. We would encourage anyone looking for an RV to check in with them first. Prices are awesome and no sales pressure.
