Not sure where my other one star review went. But if you move in here you better not hope life happens and you need to leave a few months early. OVER $3,000 In penalties from this property. That is nothing but greed by its owners. One months rent as a penalty is more than sufficient to pay you for this. I would not recommend living at this property. They do not care about their tenants.

Beautiful and Luxurious Apartments! Anna was so professional and knowledgeable. She showed me all of the amenities and went through every detail. She made me feel so welcomed! And yes, the picture I attached is a Movie Theater…I was blown away! Highly recommended!

I’ve really enjoyed living at Pointe Brodie Creek. It’s such a welcoming community with great amenities and a friendly atmosphere. The surroundings are beautiful, and I appreciate how well-maintained everything is. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to call home!

I love these apartments! The amenities, the units, free coffee, and 24 hour gym are just amazing. Also, shoutout to India, she’s wonderful during Thirsty Thursday give her a raise!

Great place to be! My wife and I really enjoyed staying here while I was working in Arkansas! India was extremely hospitable and very helpful with everything from any questions we needed answered, to making sure our needs were met when it came to assistance! Recommend this place 10 out of 10 for anyone to stay at!
