If I could give this shop a negative 5 stars I would, Here’s why: In October I purchased a couch, the owner WAS very friendly and accommodating (or so I thought). At the time of purchase she offered to store my couch as a courtesy because I was traveling from out of town and had no way to haul it. Never did she give a time limit as to how long, and never did she disclose her return policy, she did mention that she would put my couch into storage and when I was ready for it, to give her a weeks notice. My family drove to 3 1/2 hours to surprise me by bringing the couch to me back in November unknowingly of this rule. They were turned away. This past week a family member calls up the shop to let them know with a weeks notice that we will go pick up the purchase, only to be greeted with a very rude store owner accusing us of taking advantage of her and that for the time it has spent at her shop she will be charging an additional $100. Once we arrived we were treated so unprofessionally and we were offered a refund only on the terms of her selling the couch. I too am a business owner and I would never allow my customer to go through the scene that she displayed. Please be aware of the total lack of professionalism and miscommunication from the owner. So very sad to be this cold especially during the holidays.

The best shop ever. The owner is super fun. We got some wonderful bar stools last weekend. She has a wonderful collection of stuff that changes. It was so nice to find a shop that doesn’t have the same thing every other shop has. Don’t forget to look up when you go there!
