A nice quiet inn away from the crowds and busy part of town. The room was spacious, clean, and had very good WiFi. We were given a couple of restaurant recommendations that were fabulous. A continental breakfast was served each morning. ||I can’t say enough nice things about the extremely helpful and fun loving woman in the office. ||Would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful find. Classic old school motor lodge that has been beautifully restored/kept up. Located close to town but out of the fray, we very much enjoyed the quiet of the property. The rooms were spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. The bathrooms were large and roomy with good showers. Nice linens and toiletries were a bonus. A good continental breakfast was offered with pastry, boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, fruit, coffee and tea. There was a lovely pool area and several conversation/gathering spots sprinkled around. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this hotel and we would definitely come back in the future. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept. The parking is easy access. Each hotel room door leads outside to the exterior of the hotel. Great quiet location but quick and easy access to town. It is important for us to be close to town. My daughter loved the pool. The pool is not big but it’s an appropriate size for the hotel and decently maintained. Overall it’s a cute little well kept hotel with friendly people and decent prices for the area. This hotel is way better maintained than some of the other similar size/price hotels in the area (like the outdated, dirty Rh… “resort” down the street) which I appreciate. Due to the fair price during peak season we will book here again. It’s only missing a hot tub, but the rest of pros make up for it. The only other con I can think of is that the floors are a bit noisy but it’s not terrible. There is no elevator so handicapped guests may prefer to stay on the first floor. They always seem to have a few rooms left, even during peak times, which is great. The staff is super helpful with directions and information. The do a breakfast in the morning, which we didn’t get a chance to try. The rooms have a basic tv, decent sized fridge, good a/c and decent sized bathroom. The beds are pretty comfortable. The rooms are a decent size but not huge. They have a basic table, desk, chair, sliding door closet and night stand. They have coffee, tea and hot chocolate down in the little lobby area. If you are sensitive to noises, stay on the second floor so you wont have the potential to hear upstairs guests walking above you. There are only two floors. No smoking signs around the hotel. WiFi passwords provided at check in. There is a vending machine. There are larger pump top bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc in the bathrooms which I much prefer over the little plastic throw away toiletries some hotels provide. I can’t really think of anything else to mention other than I think it’s a good deal for the area and better than other options around here. I’m super picky about clean rooms too.

A very comfortable stay for a girls weekend with friends. Room was well kept, beds very comfortable. Fantastic shower! Continental breakfast offered in the morning. The woman at check in was delightfully helpful with a town map and highlights. She told us where to find beaches and which reqired the $25.00 day pass to leave your car. She also made a dinner recommendation for Mables which was delicious. Thank you!

We were traveling from Boston to Bar Harbor chose to spend a night here so we could see Kennebunkport. I’m so glad we did!! The rooms were clean, it was easy to get to, and the staff was truly amazing! Sophie was so awesome at the front desk. She called to see when we were planning to arrive and gave us so much information about what to see and where to eat. I would highly recommend staying here!

Most importantly, the staff is exceptional. Helpful, kind, accommodating, seriously spectacular. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful and outdoor seating on the lawns is relaxing. The pool is heated!…and so so clean. About a mile from downtown kennebunkport so you can’t beat the location. I stayed for 3 nights with my 3 children and husband and we loved it. The breakfast was perfect, the coffee was surprisingly good! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place, away from the business of Keenebunkport. The room was very comfortable, bed and linens were lovely. The breakfast was delicious and so nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy it and meet other guests.|We appreciated Sophie giving us ideas of where to stop on our way to Boston to see more of the beautiful coast.
