Check hours before you go. Google and the store website say open until 5pm on Saturdays. I went at 4:25 to buy my newly admitted son an Alabama shirt and hat. Customers were inside and lights on but door was locked. I knocked because I thought it was perhaps a game day precaution - a salesman looked at me and shook his head. Well. Okay. Guess I will take my credit card elsewhere. Looked nice, though!

Love the Locker Room. Been shopping here for many years. Old store and now the new location. Staff is friendly and clothing is top notch! They’ll ship all over the country and their online presence is wonderful for shopping for that perfect Bama attire and gifts! RTR

My husband and I were at the new location on 1/27/2016 at around 12 pm. We were treated very poorly by the employees of the establishment. There were two older gentlemen and a younger man that were working.
They were not very welcoming and made us feel we were intruding on what ever they were doing.
I have never felt like that before. The associates were very snobbish and acted like they superior to us.
We have had season tickets to the Alabama football games since 2002 and often frequent the Locker Room and this was the first time that we have every felt that way. Hopefully it was just a rare thing, but wanted to bring it to your attention....customer service means everything.

They have great menswear. Lots of high end brands. Prices are reflective of the brands, but the quality is high. Service is very good.
