Reliability, integrity, kindness, commitment. These are just a few of the many qualities The Home Source, Ronnie and Kathi, possess. My husband and I first meet Ronnie in mid 2023. We were referred to The Home Source by a customer and had no experience with manufactured homes. Ronnie provided us with answers to all our questions and concerns, made us feel very welcomed. You will not feel stressed or pushed into anything. The quality of how Cavco homes are built made our choice a lot easier. The homes sell themselves but the customer service is something you can’t buy! We had a long process, not with anything from The Home Source, however Ronnie stuck with us and helped guide us through our challenges from start to finish and then some. There is no question, if you’re looking or interested in a manufactured home, Ronnie at The Home Source is the person to see and talk to! Dear Ronnie,
We are so happy with the home we bought from your Father Ron. The house is so well built, from 2x6 exterior studs and full of real fiberglass insulation to the three hinged doors. The plan is outstanding, so much so you know that someone really thought it through. We have never had an APS bill over $110.00. We use so little propane to heat our home we decided we only needed a 150 gallon propane tank.Thank you so much for making our retirement stress free.

Ronnie was awesome! From showing us new homes to getting ours ordered! He was a big help along with the way with our local contractor. Once our home was ready, our lot wasn't and he helped us out by storing our home! His installation guy, Jackie, is awesome as well. I would highly recommend using Ronnie with The Home Source if you are looking for a new home!

The Home Source = Professional, Dedicated and Caring!!!!
We were looking for pre-existing homes, but none in our price range!!! Our realtor mentioned the Home Source!!
In 2019, My wife and I not knowing anything about Manufactured Homes walked into the Home Source. Greeted by Ron, he gave us the brochures of the Homes in our price range!! We walked into many Models and really liked one that was on the lot. When we went back to the office Ron was busy so Ronnie assisted us with all our questions.
Not having any property’s selected, Ron provided us with a lot possibly for sale. He then contacted them for us.
That is the lot we purchased and is where our home sits today.
As we started the process of purchasing our new home, Ronnie provided us with the different packages and options.
Our New Home process was on its way.😊
We ran into a problem with our property, the property stakes were no where to be found!!!
Ron on his own time went to our property trying to locate our property stakes. Could not find.
We ended up hiring a Surveyor.
Then in 2020 Covid-19 hit and along with it, the difficulty for everyone across the Country. It ended up taking about a year and a half for the completion of our new Home, and of course at the beginning of the process we lived in Sun City and commuted to Show Low!!!
During that difficult time Ron and Ronnie provided us with excellent customer service by notifying us on a regular basis all the good and bad news from the manufacturer. They were always patient with us and answered our questions and concerns.
We were both in a difficult situation, but they still kept us in the loop. Thank you!!!
Finally, October 2021 our home was delivered, Ronnie was on site for the delivery, what an experience and process watching two pieces of our home being placed on our lot!! If you’ve never seen it check it out, that was pretty cool!!
Once the home was set, Ronnie coordinated the rest of the process getting our home move-in ready. We’ve been in our house since November 2021, and we love it!!
We are so grateful to both Ron & Ronnie “The Home Source” for all their hard work and dedication, Thanks again to both of you.
You both went the extra mile!!

I can't say enough good about the service and people of The Home Source in Sho Low Arizona. We dealt with Ronnie for most of our experience but his dad - Ron - was extremely helpful if Ronnie wasn't around. Ronnie bent over backwards to make sure any of our concerns were taken care of. And he made us feel like we were the only people that mattered. He is very knowledgeable and experienced with all of the contractors that were involved with our build.
And he continues to be a source of everything home related here on the mountain. 🏔️

Don't believe the 1 star reviews, the people must be nuts or angry competitors. Probably, just nuts. Hopefully this is the only review you need to read because it's honest and direct given my lengthy experience with the Home Source from start to finish. Overall, The Home Source is one of the best businesses I have ever had the pleasure of working with. That matters when spending a ton of money on a house! Owned by the dream team Ron and Ronnie they take you through every step of the way and are happy to explain anything that is confusing about the process or questions about anything under the sun. You need to be realistic when shopping for a manufactured home. It takes hours browsing the models, picking options, etc. It's not a 15 min stop or a quick phone call about how much does it cost. Invest the time in the process and you will have a much better experience. Ron handles the models and choosing options, Ronnie handles the paperwork and delivery.

Going back to the beginning, we ordered our 1,600 sq ft Cavco home in the heat of the housing boom. It took Cavco about a year and half to make our house! That's not the Home Sources problem, that's a Cavco problem. There was a lot of communication during that time and I always felt informed about timelines or things we needed to take care of. It was mostly a smooth process picking everything out. Then, when Cavco decided to significantly raise prices on customers that were already locked in (a one time thing due to construction costs), Ron and Ronnie had our backs every step of the way. They were just as frustrated as the customers and taking all the heat at the same time. You can tell a lot about how sincere a business is at keeping their customers by how they handle a very stressful situation. I was very impressed at how they handled other bumps in the road with our lot prep & development, and also the depth of knowledge the dream team had on the ordering and loan process. It took about 2 years from ordering, site prep, delivery, then fixing issues after delivery. That's a long time from start to finish to deliver consistent excellent customer service. It probably takes much less time now that housing has cooled down, but save yourself a hassle of going to another company with less experienced people. The Home Source should be your first and only stop for a manufactured home in the Show Low area. After living in our house for 1.5 years already, it's super solid and Cavco did deliver quality and fixed anything we asked them to.

Last thing: Ronnie is the best. He gives great advice, very knowledgeable, and quick to follow-up. He might even turn your water off for you when out of town if you are nice to him!
