My fiancé and I stayed at The Harbor Inn as part of our vacation trip to Maine as it was highly referred to us by my mother and father. This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast type of lodging so we had no idea what to expect. We were greeted quickly by Mike (the manager). He is very kind, thoughtful, helpful, and more! The breakfast is fresh and great quality food as well. Excellent location, priced fair, no surprise fees, quiet, cozy, cute, and wonderful service! The town itself is wonderful and a great break. We will come back to this property!!! Our room was a corner room. Wish our stay was longer nonetheless we enjoyed the short stay. Mike stated the that our room bathroom and some other areas of the property will be upgraded but other than that we have no complaints!! Thank you!!!

My husband and I stayed here (October 3-5) for vacation and loved it. The innkeeper, Mike is so nice and attentive. The rooms were slightly outdated, but very clean and decor was nice. Mike said they're doing renovations this winter. The breakfast was delicious. On the weekend, Mike makes a hot breakfast. We had the egg casserole on Saturday which was great! There are bikes available for guests to use. Otherwise, it is a great location and easy to walk to restaurants/shops.

We really enjoyed our stay at the characterful Harbour Inn. Mike was an excellent and attentive presence who helped us with recommendations and great breakfasts. The room was comfortable and cosy and I'm sure will be even more lovely when they have completed the planned renovations this winter. The Inn was really well positioned to walk to the beach in one direction and into the town in the other. We wish Mike and his family all the success they deserve in the future.

What a wonderful, thoughtfully run Inn. My mother and I stayed for three days in late September. The location of the Inn couldn't be better - midway between the bustle of the port and beautiful seaside walks. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and nicely appointed. The baked goods in the afternoons were delicious (and all homemade). Breakfast was delicious and fueled us for the day. Tastefully decorated, comfortable but not ostentatious, Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to return. He made excellent recommendations. All around, an excellent place.

My wife and I stayed here in late October 2024 for a fall getaway weekend. The truth is, we could not have asked for a better experience, location and innkeeper. Mike is a natural and adds a special touch to the harbor inn. Our room was spacious and cozy which was a delight. Recently, my wife and I spent two nights in this very comfortable bed & breakfast, just a short stroll from the centre of Kennebunkport.|Mike looked after us really well, suggesting places to visit in the area and places to eat.|The continental style breakfast was both plentiful and delicious and the homemade cakes and cookies offered in the late afternoon were a very welcome addition after a day sightseeing.|We also spent some time drinking wine on the rocking chairs on the deck. Heaven!|We'd love to visit this area again and the Harbor Inn.

We had a great stay at the Harbor Inn! The innkeeper was lovely and accommodating. His mom’s baked treats were out of this world! Our room was excellent and we loved the location. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Would highly recommend the Harbor Inn if you are staying in Kennebunkport, Maine. Mike was a fantastic host, giving us all kinds of helpful insight to navigate town. I loved the fresh flowers each day, the incredible blueberry French toast casserole he made, and his moms snickerdoodles and peanut butter chocolate cups hit the spot at the end of the day. Thanks for making the beginning of my bucket list trip. The rest of our trip stops have some big shoes to fill. Thanks again Mike!
