I only gave 1 star because the option to give no stars is not available.
I won three auctions with this place and had a problem all three times that I went to pick up.
1) First one was a metal cabinet and when I went to pick it up it was so beat up I could not even use it. NONE of the damage was listed in the auction description and the pics were taken so that you couldn't see all the damage.
2) Second one was an antique tin toy. It was listed as all intact but a crucial part (the forks to the fork lift) were missing which rendered it basically worthless. I couldn't even make back half of what I spent to win this item. I contacted them and all they said was, "Sorry".
3) Third was a lot of stemware that my wife fell in love with. When I went to pick it up I had to stand there and wrap around 25-30 pieces of delicate stemware and pack them in boxes because they just handed it all to me shoved into one big box to be broken on the ride home.
I find this place to be cheap, unprofessional, and just throwing mostly cheap things out there to make however much they can. Even if it's just 50 cents. I will not spend one more penny at this place.

I sold my house in Little Rock and moved to Dallas. The buyers told me right up until the week of the closing that they wanted to buy my furniture, and then backed out at the last minute. John took it all on short notice and I just got a check from him for slightly more money than the house buyers were supposed to pay. Recommended!

I took in (5) high end Porcelain dolls one with the COA that says it cannot be sold for less than $250 he promised me that I get at least $25-$50 per doll I did not attend the auction but he claims they sold for six dollars apiece never called me back after served calls to him and his voice mail stays full but he promise to call me back but never Did I told him I do not approve any he threaten to file a restraining order against me go anywhere but the auction house he is a lying cheating manipulating individual with no integrity who hides behind the law with a restraining order wow! What has society come too
