Fantastic experience! No pressure sales staff! My wife and I walked in with my mother who was looking for a specific item which they do not carry. Professional staff gave product direction and provided the space to decide without pressure if the product they had was what we wanted. We selected a couple keen looking couches and recliner that we are confident will serve our growing family for many years. It’s important to us that there’s a place for service after the sale and the brands are reputable and have generational history so we weren’t concerned about being able to match the styles and colors if we wanted to expand the set throughout the house. Everything is relatively expensive these days and if you are going to invest I think it’s worth doing so with reputable brands and good service history from a local company.

Bought 2 recliners and 2 couches with recliners on both ends this past summer.Had some stitching issues with on of the recliner arms and I was just going to live with it,but decided to stop in and mention it to them. I talked to Matt and he said that they would take care of it. They lived up to the expectations and I’m very happy. Great job.

The sales person was great. She was unobtrusive when I didn't need help and readily available when I wanted to place my order. There was a live demonstration going on for the sales team by the adjustable bed company. I interrupted with questions about the product and I was invited to take part in the demonstration to get my answers. They gave me $100 off my purchase for my participation. Great timing and overall good experience.

Went out looking for a living room set at a good price, preferably during a good sale, and with a quality make. We went to two other furniture stores in Bangor before this one and wish we had just gone to the Furniture Gallery first. They had the best prices and was the only one running a sale on a major holiday close to Black Friday. Sales people were great, they let us do our thing and wasn't all up in our biz the moment we walked in like some other stores. Once we knew what we were looking for, we inquired and the sales team got to work to find us what we needed. A short time later, we were out the door having purchased a new living room set. I plan to go back for a chair I have my eye set on.
