The property management and maintenance team at the Everly are awesome! The staff is attentive and super friendly. I highly recommend the Everly & its team! Robi is communicative and has truly been the best property manager I have had.

Me and wife were very interested!

I called and inquired via voicemail, got no immediate call back. No problem, I know they might be busy on a weekday. BUT THEN, me and my wife go to tour on a Saturday an hour after it says they're open and no one is there. Residents see us and tell us that the person up front should be back soon. We wait 30minutes, no return. I DID NOT make an appointment. So, on the next Tuesday I figured I'd go and make an appointment. Called twice over the span of an hour, no answer. I work near so I went up there in person, no one there- door locked. We tried yet again the next Saturday after other tours, and you guessed it, no one at the office-door locked. Called, no answer. Left a voicemail after the 3rd and final call(that day) after we'd been sitting there an hour by the door and they just now called me back after a month. It is July 23, my last phone call was Jun 22. Even if the wrong phone number is listed online (which clearly isn't the case considering they called me back after my inquiry voicemail) they strangely don't show up to work at their listed hours.

This apartment is by far the worst apartment ever. Bugs are everywhere the Leasing manager Robi is rude and snappy. Maintenance calls are not responded too quickly. The apartment has leakages . The floor is falling apart and the apartment smells like smoke its impossible to get rid of the smell I do recommend what so ever. PLEASE LISTEN TO ME ITS NOT WORTH IT

If I could rate these apartments a negative zero and no stars.The Everly Apartments staff and Molly will be nice to get you in the apartment. They will go far as to assist you in the application process just to get you in. The application system they used is jacked up.

However the apartments are extremely old referring to the outside of the buildings. They updated the inside. But the building needs updating. According to the reviews they just patch up stuff. What good is a updated kitchen but the pipes and water system messed up? 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️They have horrible reviews which made me have second thoughts to move there.

Therefore I canceled my application and decided not to move there. They took my 100 and did not return it. The 75 I can see them keeping. That’s the fee for screening my application but my 100 dollars should have been returned. It had only been 48 hours. Please do not move to these apartments. READ the reviews! READ the reviews! Than make a sound judgement.

Lived here for two years and absolutely loved the experience! From my time as a prospective tenant to actually being one, the staff has always been professional and courteous. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Maintenance requests are quickly responded to. The appliances are older, but I didn't have any major issues out of them. Not a lot of disturbances, but if there ever are any, management swiftly responds. It's in a great location, bordering the River Trail and a few miles away from the Big Dam Bridge. Ms. Vicky is literally the best landlord I've had, and her staff are all great people. Also, military members and Verizon Wireless employees get a 5% discount on rent. That saved me around $400 a year. I highly recommend it.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. My lease is up in October, and there is no way I will re-lease. There have been many, many issues, but today was the straw that broke the camel's back. I came home for my lunch break and the door was unlocked. Without any notice, a maintenance team came in and locked up my cat without food or water for who knows how long and removed cabinet doors from the cabinets that were already installed. I call the office and they say they'll talk to maintenance. Later, I get home from work- this time not only is my door unlocked, it's open. Thank God my cat didn't run out and no one stole anything. This is absolutely unacceptable and a terrible way to run your apartment complex. Even now at nearly 7 PM, there are maintenance people putting on the cabinet doors they've had weeks to finish. In addition to these issues, the maintenance team does not respond timely to issues or alert you when they have entered your apartment until a few days later. It took them over a month to fix my broken AC. Basically, if you want to have peace of mind and have the things you pay rent for work- don't rent at the Everly.
