We had a four night stay at the Cottages and everything was amazing from the breakfast to the staffs restaurant suggestions! The access to bikes and kayaks on site also made it so easy to explore! Lastly we forgot something in our room and they were more than helpful at getting it shipped to us.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Cottages at Cabot Cove for our Maine vacation in July. Upon arriving at the cottages we realized that the property is located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood location. We were warmly greeted by Pam in the office. She is a true asset to this establishment as she was welcoming and knowledgeable about the property and area. We stayed in the Anchorage Cottage. This cottage is perfect for a couple. We loved how cozy and quaint it is. This cottage also has a nice private outdoor area as well.
The property has many lovely amenities. They offer row boats, kayaks, and paddle boards to enjoy on the cove. The cove is tidal and therefore only has water for a portion of the day. The staff informs you of the daily safe times to be on the water. They also offer bikes to ride into town. Lastly, they provide a small breakfast to your door every day and some afternoon treats throughout your stay. We enjoyed all of these amenities very much.
The property is about a 10-15 minute walk from downtown Kennebunkport. The walk is largely on main streets that were safe to walk at all times. When biking in to town, there are bike racks to leave your bike. They were both safe and reliable.
We will definitely return to this property and will recommend to others!

This was one of the most enjoyable experiences we have ever had.The cottages are meticulous and the grounds are pristine The location is the best ( within walking distance to town and along a beautiful stretch of beach) From check in to check out every detail was covered. Breakfast delivered fresh to our doorstep each morning, a small kitchenette and refrigerator so that you can make coffee and store items, robes to use , and even a small towel to wipe the dew off the outdoor furniture. They also have row boats and kayaks to enjoy the calmness of the cove. The outdoor firepitt was equally amazing! If you are trying to find a beautiful place which focuses on peace and tranquility sprinkled with romance this is it!

We stayed in 'Endless Summer', and we had such an enjoyable time. The cottages are all adorable on the outside - each with its' own little sitting area and garden. The interior was very nicely decorated and appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was normal sized - not tiny. The hosts provide sweet little amenities during your stay, and the cove is beautiful, either to relax next to or enjoy with a rowboat or kayak. Gorgeous flowers and plants are everywhere - it does indeed evoke a feel of "Endless Summer".

We recently stayed at The Cottages at Cabot Cove in Kennebunkport for our honeymoon, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we booked, Karin was extremely kind and helpful, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The cottages themselves were adorable and private, almost like something you’d find on a postcard, and we loved having our own little seating area with Adirondack chairs. The location was perfect—just a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride to the main road in Kennebunkport, which made exploring the area easy and fun.

The grounds were beautifully curated, with an outdoor gas fireplace, croquet, and cornhole for relaxing and unwinding. There were also plenty of bikes and watercraft available, all included with the stay, which added an extra layer of enjoyment. One of our favorite parts was the fresh breakfast delivered right to our door each morning, with high-quality items and even snacks dropped off mid-day, without us having to ask. It was such a thoughtful touch! To top it all off, we were given a lovely departure gift when checking out, making our stay feel truly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon experience.

It was stunning! Small little cottages in a beautiful neighbourhood. It‘a like living all the romantic books written in Maine. You can walk downtown and enjoy all the cute shops and cafes. The cottages are well equiped and lovely for romantic evenings. The host and stuff are wonderful!!! Thank you for everything.

This was exactly what we wanted, a quaint Maine summertime getaway from the Texas heat. These cottages are located in the perfect location. We walked pretty much everywhere during our stay! They even had bikes guests could use to get around but we preferred to leisurely stroll. Only a 10-15 minute walk to Dock Square. The nature surrounding the cottages was stunning. I saw plenty of cute chipmunks and we got a kick out of watching geese in and around the cove. It is a tidal cove so the water comes and goes. There were so many good spots to read outside. Our cottage, the Anchorage Studio, was the smallest of all the cottages I believe. But it was still a perfect size for a couple. The personal touches like the warm greeting we received, daily breakfast deliveries to our door, random warm chocolate chip cookie deliveries, and even our warm goodbye upon departing (which included a painting of the cottages!) were a standout. The bed we had was a little lumpy but it ended up working out fine, no sore back or neck! Overall, I was very happy with our stay. It really is such a unique little place! We definitely want to make our way back one day.

The cottages are adorable, clean and comfortable. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and cleaning people were great! My only complaint is that we stayed in the anchorage cottage, it’s attached to the utilities building and office and was a bit noisy in the morning. Sleeping was hard to do at 5:00am and on. But otherwise I would stay here again but choose a different room. Although, I am gluten and dairy free the last two days of our stay they accommodated me with their breakfast and snacks. |I highly recommend this place.
