Si te importa la vista, checa bien cual tendras porque muchas habitaciones tienen solo un jardisito.

The most immaculate hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Our room was a massive 1,200 sq ft. King bed, 1.5 bath, giant living/dining area, and a beautiful private balcony. There was sooo many amenities and literally everything you could ever need was provided! The lobby and dining areas were beautiful and clean. There is a gorgeous heated pool, and a secluded hot-tub a distance from the hotel (definitely took advantage of both of those!). The entire grounds were extremely well-maintained and beautiful, including a cactus walk decorated with lights for the holidays. With the resort being over 100 acres, it is a lot to see. Luckily there were a lot of nice guys who’d drive us around in golf carts. All the front desk employees are awesome as well. A special thank you to the nice man working with the breakfast! He gave us pastries out in the parking lot as we were leaving, then made sure we could come back on time later for more food. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. This hotel will be hard to beat.

You can spend all your time at the Canyon Suites and enjoy quiet, comfort, and service that is excellent. But we also dined at the J&G steakhouse in the main resort just a short walk away, and we enjoyed the excellent golf at the Phoenician. They recently added an upgraded breakfast that is superb with many choices hot and cold. The detail and services here are the best we have experienced at Bonvoy properties.

We were disappointed at the hotel experience. The manager was nice to try to help us out but overall this is not a 5 star hotel. The property was gorgeous but you can see the rooms are looking old and run down. Amenities are non existent.

My husband came there as a kid and the hotel has changed a lot. The kids pool area was all closed during our time there and the water was freezing. The pools were too choppy and cold. They were nicer before they updated them. The food to order at the pool was not standard. Unless you like cucumber salad!

Service was lacking and not the experience we had hoped for. I’d recommend going at a different time as we were there in October so many things were not up and running. We would not visit again but the cactus garden was amazing.

My husband and I stayed at the Canyon Suites for our anniversary and had a wonderful stay. We loved the boutique feel of the Canyon Suites but the easy access to all of the Phoenician amenities. The property has everything you could need but is also very close to Old Town Scottsdale if you want to venture out.

The service at Canyon Suites is exceptional and the people made our trip so memorable. Special shoutout to Roger and Kale in the lobby and Martin and Enrique (Nico) at the Canyon Suites pool. We enjoyed talking to all of them and like we had known them for years after just a long weekend stay.

The food was great, always fast, and many options on property. I am gluten free and everywhere we went was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to avoid any gluten.

The Canyon Suites is our new favorite place and we will definitely be back!

I chose the Canyon Suites for my husband's 50th based on the reviews, and it did not disappoint! From the valet to front desk, bartenders to housekeeping staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful! The rooms were roomy, clean, and the bed/pillows were some of the softest I've ever slept in! ||We enjoyed using the pools, spa, and restaurants, which were also all absolutely wonderful! The staff were always engaging and friendly, and the view of the waterfall and Camelback Mountain from the bar/patio was breathtaking! If I had to critique any one aspect, it would be that the Canyon Lounge Bar needed to be open later than 9:00 - perhaps 10:00 at least. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
