We rented out a venue here for a baby shower, it was a good turn out and had lots of fun. Event space was big and was perfect for how big of a family we have. My biggest complaints are that we had to clean up the venue before we could even use it. There was food left behind from the previous event all over the floor (chips and snacks). We also didn’t have the checkered board we had planned for as entertainment for the kids. They took it away the day before our baby shower without notice. We also weren’t able to use the rectangle tables that we had planned for as we could not find them anywhere and when we called to ask about them all we were told was that they didn’t know where the previous people that used them put them. We also didn’t get our deposit back due to there being coffee beans being left in the restrooms? When we specifically cleaned the restrooms. And they claim we broke a flower pot from the restroom. All in all this event space was perfect for the amount of people and time we rented it for. But please make sure to take before and after pictures to be able to secure your deposit and cleaning fee! Because we definitely left the space even cleaner than how it was before we were able to setup for our baby shower.

What a wonderful rental event space and small office space for Fort Smith. I was fortunate to tour the rest of their facilities as well. The owners have done a phenomenal job on the renovation. The amenities are excellent and living conditions are top notch. They’ve gone above and beyond on this location. Keep up the great work!

The Bricks are very lovely apartments. They are so spacious!! The manager, Brooke, that gave us a tour is just darling! She is so fun to be around! Definitely recommend!!
