I’m a new resident here and I absolutely LOVE IT HERE! I was in quite the pinch when needing to move out. The new management is amazing everyone is so nice. I took a tour around three different apartments and this was the only one with active tour guides they were happy to tell me about every detail of the apartment. They have amazing perks and are very accommodating. Georges and Kailey were absolutely amazing and helped me feel safe and comfortable during this transition time. I HIGHLY recommend coming here. Rates are great and staff are amazing can’t recommend this place highly enough.

This is an awesome place to live. The new management has been great. The community is always there when needed. Whenever there are any issues Abbi is on it! Aside from being close to the railroad tracks and squirrels, it's peaceful. I have not had any problems. Put me down as a referral and be my neighbor! The Avenue can be your next home!

Very spacious and cost effective living. The apartments are all taken care of and neighbors are all very friendly. A great place to live. Extremely friendly staff in the office and service requests are tended to extremely quickly. Highly recommend this property if you are looking.

I have lived in different apartments over the years. But the management of the avenue is outstanding. They are trying to promote community projects at different times of the year to bring us all together instead of being so separated. The maintenance is always performed right on time. The little parties that they plan for the tenants or just wonderful. I've never known a management that seem to care for their tenants as much as people at the avenue.
