Last time I was in a ski town trying to find last minute gear, prices were outrageous. The prices here are not cheap but very reasonable! Like half of what I saw in NY. Large selection of ski gear. I didn't need anything but I wish I did!

Found a Thank You gift for my niece in this store, which is always full of fun clothing and footwear options, including lots of life is good choices. The woman behind the counter on July 5 was exceptionally helpful; I wish I had caught her name so that I could offer a proper shout-out here.

They also have really pretty boutique clothing for women, at very good prices.

Synergy always had a great vibe. Definitely worth spending time there.

My wife bought me a pair of goggles for Xmas and they were too big I had not been up to NC until this week tried to exchange for a smaller pair and she said no because I was outside the Christmas returns !!! I had not worn these outside they were oversized and did not fit my face or helmet and the manager said no returns or exchanges !! She tried to claim it had a scratch but unless you had a magnifying glass you couldn’t see anything. !! Like I said never wore them outside !! She told me to give them to a friend !! Great customer service for a $200 pair of Smith Goggles never will I return to this store buyers beware never seen this type of extremely poor service

I’ve been coming to North Conway for almost 30 years. I don’t know how long this store has been here but I just discovered it today. Wow! What a great store! So many great things! I will be making this a regular stop from now on!

I am extremely disappointed in my service at this shop. We are frequent shoppers here and after today's negative customer experience, we will no longer be shopping here or recommending it to others. Local shops like this should EXCEL in customer service, especially in time where online purchases are fast, easy and less expensive.
