Cuartos limpios y buenas camas para descansar lo unico no lavanderia

If you're on a budget, this place is great 👍! Service was top notch with very good people working the desk. Offered us a choice between a soft or hard bed. Good parking and just down the road from lovely camping. The rooms are carpeted, which is always off putting. The fridge was unplugged so it was completely useless for our single night stay, far too long for it to get down to temp to be used in time. The microwave had to be moved to the top of the chair because there was no other way to plug it in. The power went out for our room for about 45 seconds, no harm done, just worth mentioning. Other than that, pretty clean, no bugs!

Owners are very very nice. They checked on me consistently to make sure I had everything I needed. The place was quiet and the pool was very clean and quiet. The room was well worth the money. I would highly recommend staying. He does get a deposit on the towels to make sure they're not damaged or taken. But he does return it.

People are wonderful, service was good.
Pool was very dirty.
Railing was missing and a piece of plywood was leaning there.
It apparently was roped off with yellow caution tape, but was cut in order to rent rooms.
Rooms are ok.

We've stayed here before many times while visiting,but this last time will be just that, our last. My family and I visit Eureka springs many times a year and this last particular time at this hotel we were charged for our 3 year old as an extra person even though we needed no extra bedding or sleeping arrangements. The customers next door told us they were not charged an extra fee for having 5 grown adults in a 1 bed room. The male owner was rude. It's a shame we have spent a lot of money over the years here and will no longer suggest this place to anyone that travels to the area. I will gladly support another local hotel from here on out. We love Eureka Springs and want to continue to have great experiences.

We stayed there 10/26/2023 in room 212. Great place to stay! Room was clean and comfy. Check in and out was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Recommend staying there to anyone that’s wants a nice room and a great price. We definitely will return!

Nice, clean place. Very affordable as well. Owners are friendly and are able to accommodate any special requests. Every time I visit Eureka Springs, Swiss Village Inn is my go-to hotel. Highly recommend!
